Everything about this process was professional; the very clear explanation Dr. Hong gave me about what was wrong and the possible repercussions, her insistence that I stay in her office until she got me an appointment, her steady and assertive advocating with St. Mike's to get me in for a same day appointment and her gracious offer to answer any questions after my hospital treatment. I try and make my visits on the same day as I go to my family doctor as they are in the same building. The equipment is very up to date, the office is very clean, bright and their waiting room is very comfy. The only thing I wish they did was direct bill your insurance company. This is the only place I go to get my glasses too. The prices are GREAT, I can get a whole set, frames, lenses and even the magnetic clip-ons with special coating on the lenses for just over $200! You can't find that anywhere else! It's really worth the drive to Oakville for that kind of savings.
