I took my morkie here several times, each time the price incrementally increased, the last time ending with an injury. I received a phone call that my dog's ear had been cut, which was accompanied by an offer to take him to the vet because it warranted a trip. I was told that he "turned his head" while "finishing touches" were being made. I declined the offer and instead picked up my boy to take him to our own vet. His treatment consisted of the removal of a flap of skin from his ear, glue to heal the wound, and a shot of antibiotics, all of this smack in the middle of my work day. Despite the fact that the top of his ear was snipped off, I was still charged for the service: $75 for an 8 lbs dog. On top of it all, the cut my dog received was uneven, not just his ears done in horrible layers, but his body as well; hardly the result of "finishing touches".The owner offered to pay for the vet bill and followed through the next day, but it took me going back to the shop to ask for a refund before she agreed to give me not even half of my money back for the service; I received only $35 back. I was told that "something could be done on a future visit", which, clearly, I was not interested in. Needless to say, I will not be going back and am seriously disappointed with the fact that my dog was injured, two days of my life interrupted to settle the aftermath, and, in the end, I still had to pay. Not good business. I do not recommend. read more
