Second time was not good at all. We asked for the same cut as we had gotten the first time, except this time he was shaved and looks like a rat with a huge bulky tail that does not match the rest of his shaved body. Groomer is now saying I'm spreading lies, very professional of them. Do not recommend and will never be returning. read more

We recently moved to the area and my dog had never been to a groomer before. Our old groomer came to our home and did it, so it was more relaxing for our "fussy" pup. Well, these people are miracle workers. We were very worried about how our dog would do. She went in nervous with her tail between her legs and came out a new woman! She looked like she lost about 5 pounds from all of the hair they took off. Not only did she look great and smell great, when we picked her up her tail was wagging and she didn't want to leave! This is a new storefront dog grooming salon in Greenwich CT. The owners have been grooming dogs privately for years already but decided to build their own salon. It is conveniently located downtown and there is free parking and easy access. Since the salon is near me and I have been searching for a new groomer for my very fluffy Samoyed dog (my dog really didn't like the previous grooming salon that i used), I decided to try them. I did go in to the salon in advance to discuss my dog's particular needs and my own preferences, and they were very accommodating. When I brought my dog in to the salon, it was a calm and relaxed environment. Again I made my specific preferences known. The owners were happy to bathe and groom my dog to perfection in an hour and a half. And she was a happy clean shining dog and not the slightest bit nervous or agitated. I really like them and will return monthly for my clean happy dog! For pricing they were right in league with other local salons for a heavy-coated dog. read more
