What stood out most was how organized and efficient they were. Frank and Joe make a fantastic team. They worked diligently, paid close attention to detail, and took great pride in their craftsmanship. They also made sure the work area was cleaned up thoroughly each day and that everything was completed properly before leaving. Replacing windows and a sliding door can seem like a major project, but they made it a completely painless process. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and the professionalism they demonstrated throughout the project was truly commendable. I highly recommend Home time Windows. We were told that the wait is due to the process of the door being made. We explained before they started that we wanted to keep the baseboard of the front door but it wasn't kept. However, the company did reimburse us for $200 for the price of the board & installation. Once we had it installed we thought we were ready to go! However, quickly we noticed within a few days that the door was not closing properly. The handle would not reset when it closed and then within a few weeks it was not working at all. I immediately contacted them on March 7th. I explained the situation and was told to take pictures as requested by Chanel (warranty correspondent). I was told that they had to order new parts from Emtec and it would take a couple of weeks. We had agreed to set it up on Monday April 6th. The service man who arrived came over and immediately noticed that the parts needed to be ordered and the correct part were not ordered. However, I was told that the door should be working. Wow, that was far from the truth because immediately the door stopped working the next day. So we're back to square 1. Our door doesn't close because the handle on the door doesn't work. In the meantime, the only thing that worked and kept the front door closed was the security latch. If not the door would be wide open. I spoke to Chanel again, she said we had to order the part again. Apparently it was not ordered last week. In the meantime, we're paying for our door about $500 each month since February and yet our front door doesn't work. If you decide to work with this company please take the amount of time and the cost into consideration.

This review is long overdue. Our windows were replaced in May by this company SoCal Window Pros. I…read morefound out about them through online search. Our home is 29 years old, and the windows had been showing wear and tear for a long time. We finally got a quote from a company that constantly sends flyers to our mailbox, but even with a "huge" discount for just a few windows, the price was close to the cost of a swimming pool. That pushed me to search online, and I found SoCal Window Pros, a highly rated local company. Jack, the owner, came out with sample windows and gave us an estimate. He was straightforward, no‑nonsense, and genuinely kind. The windows were impressive -- solid engineering, well‑made, great warranty, and locally manufactured. We also met his son Alex who is much involved in this family-owned business, and he was equally professional and personable. We ultimately decided to replace all of our windows as well as our sliding door, and we're very happy with the results. Our house looks refreshed and updated, and the old rubber seals that kept popping out are finally gone. The windows look beautiful and have made a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of our home. I literally let out a sigh of relief every time I see the windows. Gratefulness and gladness! There were a couple of windows that took a little longer than expected to arrive, and two were delivered in a different color than originally specified. In the end, I decided to go ahead with the installation, and fortunately, the color worked out beautifully in our home. Jack and Alex checked on the installation throughout the process, and their crew was helpful and efficient. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, communication was good, and we felt that Jack and Alex were attentive and committed to making sure the project went well. Overall, we're very happy with our experience and with our new windows. We would definitely recommend SoCal Window Pros to anyone considering replacing their windows. It was a blessing to have found a local company with quality products and people who genuinely care about their work and their customers.
