I started out with getting my eyebrows micro bladed & also getting my eyelashes done. Coco has become very rude to me over the past visits. Actually upon entering I said Hello to her on my last visit and she just ignored me. Never responded. Never spoke a word to me my whole visit.Now mind you my visit was one hour. All her other customers that came in she spoke to them. Started a conversation with them. Even though they weren't there to see her. I feel like she is bias. I definitely don't recommend. Since she acted as though she didn't want me there. Let me spend my money elsewhere. Where I am not treated rudely. I want to feel appreciated.

She was great and did a nice job on my legs and feet. She has strong hands and wanted to ensure she was applying the right amount of pressure while she was massaging my lower legs and feet. She put large slices of fresh cucumber on my legs then massage the mushy cucumber into your legs (see attached pic: left leg has cucumber slices on and right leg she had already started massaging the cucumber/juice). I loved that! Pedicure consisted of clean up, callus removal, mint mask, hot towel wrap and massage again with "butter". All the items seemed natural and smelled great. Aside from Holly and Linda, there is one additional staff member, Kacie. There are three rooms, one on the lower level and two upstairs. In addition to the hair salon, they have a wax room and a suntan room on the upper level. They have complimentary coffee and chocolate candy, and provide magazines in the foyer. Additionally, they also sell hair care products. Holly was very outgoing and thorough. She straightened my baby hair which other places have not done, likely because they don't have a small-sized straightening iron. The price for my smoothing service was comparable to other salons that I have been to, however, this was the only salon that applied a 3% credit card transaction fee. The night prior, they called and asked if I'd be willing to go to the Dupont Circle location instead so that the technician could fit in more appointments. It was annoying, but not a huge deal. I was getting lash removal & a new set of classic/hybrid lashes. I've been getting eyelash extensions for 13 years and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. They were thin, whispy, pre-made fans that were poorly glued onto only some of my lashes. They started falling off almost immediately, and there were visible white clumps of glue that a friend pointed out because she thought I had crumbs on my eyes. One week later when I went to another eyelash studio, they couldn't even tell I had any extensions on until they put me under the lights. I would've been better off just curling my own lashes & using mascara because mine are thicker & longer than whatever they used. I've never had such poor quality.
