Well, you found one honest reviewer that had an ADU and a grip of concrete work done at my pad. Initially I found them through FB forums for ADU's in the Long Beach area. They were actually the 3rd estimate I got. With Jeny and Marlon, what struck me the most was that they had a good vibe, competitive price, and I felt like I could trust them. For a project this big, spending this level of money, it's the trust that matters to me the most. I'm not handing over my hard earned money, going blind into some huge project for a crew to turn their backs when it's over or just straight up disappear mid-build. They both guided me through the process and worked with me when I got hung up on something. With their experience, I felt that my project got done a lot quicker because they knew how to get all the permits and inspections done legit and on time and no time wasted! For anyone doing expansions or ADU's on their pads. Think about! Check these guys out! Also, these guys STILL invite me over to BBQs years after my ADU was done! My favorite part! And I've also referred 3 other families to them, ALL OF WHICH GOT MAJOR HOME RENOVATIONS & ADUs THEMSELVES! CHECK THESE GUYS OUT I SAID!!!! CHEEEEE

Now, 3 years later whenever anything comes up with our house, they are the first people we think to call.

TL:DR - Willy's work is top notch, highly recommend!…read more We were having a large party at our house for our daughters birthday and about two weeks before the event I realized how hazy, spotted, and just dirty our windows were (our entire wall to the backyard is basically all windows). I was recommended to Willy by a friend and reached out. He quickly replied and I booked him. He came over the morning of the party and took care of all my "event" windows. He was really quick too, I was obviously worried about having the service done the morning of the party, but he knocked it out so fast! Outside of periodically spraying windex on the windows where my dogs poke their noses to come in or out of the house, we haven't cleaned our windows since we moved in 3.5 years ago! Obviously as time goes by you don't notice how bad the windows are getting each day, but let me tell you... once Willy was done I was shocked at how much better our house looked! So much more light is coming into the house, and being able to see our backyard clearly reminded me of why we bought the home in the first place. I decided to sign up for additional washings throughout the year for all of our windows. It's now a few weeks after the party and a couple of rain storms, and the windows are still looking fresh! Willy's a great guy too, really friendly, hard working, and definitely goes above and beyond. Highly recommend - plus always great to support small local businesses!

His quote was the lowest I received; however, it did not compromise quality at all. He took the time to do the little extras that make a difference. I would highly recommend him for any project. He assembled my gazebo, set up my portable hot tub and installed a Ring Security floodlight camera for me. I will definitely be calling him for the next project I have. I would confidently refer him to anyone. My Ring Security floodlight camera ended up not working and Ring had to send me a new one to switch out and send back the old one.  I contacted Jose when I received the replacement and he was able to come back out to remove the broken one and install the new one.  Again, he was prompt with his replies and very punctual.  Thanks Jose!

I've had this same exact service in the past with only one difference this time I already had the cut key to the door and the ignition so all he had to do was copy it instead of having to make one, I also received a standard remote to lock/unlock doors the previous time. Today for $180 I was given a standard key with no alarm controls, and thats that! I paid MORE this time then the last time and the last time I did not have they door/iginition key already made, so he had to cut that himself as well, and I got my normal key with lock./unlock etc buttons. (and I did not have to ask then what type of key I'd like) We had a miscomuinication with the driver regarding where to zelle the money, when he said to "the number" I figured it was the one he called me from as he was the same person who helped in the past, I forgot I had his number programmed. He gave me the owners name, and said again , to the number,. The money was sent, and it went to that number as it was registered to Zelle. Well according to him this was not the number it was to go to, gave me a different one demanding I sent it do that one. I show him the confirmation, he does not care. At this point I need my car key what am I do to. . So I paid $180 x 2 it seems, it went to the phone he was calling from, and 2 I was never asked whart type of key I wanted, why would he not do the same thing he did last time, I did not have to ask then???? Most expensive key I've ever had made in the early afternoon hours on Saturday! ***My car is throwing codes regarding the key and the alarm system since it was made!
