Would not recommend this shop for electrical or any other work where a tech is need there tech does…read morenot have the experience to work on Dualtrons although they tell the customer we've worked on dualtrons before I took my Dualtron Thunder in because the display turned off sudddenly this was in early December of last year they took the scooter in & returned it in early January of this year & said the repair had been done & to my surprise the experts on dualtrons & electric bikes & scooter líed I was charged for a repair that was not a fix to my intial issue of the eye display I was charged for parts & labor & within a couple of days of them returning my dualtron Thunder after assuring the issue was resolved within a couple of days the same issue for a second time after being told the problem was solved & after there lead tech had done a diagnosis & replacement of the eye controller & I paid them for everything & I asked them if they would provide a warranty of the work that had been done they said yes if you have an issue with the eye controller of the dualtron bring it in & we'll take care of it so I called the shop was told to bring it in I brought it in within a few days after they had returned it to me in early January & was told they would fix the issue but they did not fix the issue anytime soon I would call them to follow up to see what was going on with my dualtron months went by & when I stopped by at the shop to pickup my dualtron in late september before pickup it up I had the chance to speak with the lead tech to get an update on how everything was going he told me the process was taking a long time because according to them they had to communicate with the engineers of Dualtron in China which is absolutely false Dualtron has representatives here in the US with which you Can get in touch with to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding repairs also you Can order original dualtron parts on there website & have them available in a couple of days they proceeded to install a new controller that according to them was original because they told me they only use original parts from dualtron which is absolutely false the cheap controller they installed is an after market part I came to pickup my scooter at there second location & I was angry & frustrated with them absolutely no honesty or integrity from them I was intially qouted 450 for labor & parts when I went to pickup the dualtron the qoute was adjusted to 330 only for parts but I was returned a nonfunctional dualtron if I could give this place zero stars I would if you want quality work done in a timely manner don't come to this place líe after lié & your scooter or bike will just be sitting in there shop but won't be worked on & fixed to be completely functional think twice before you bring them something to fix here this is not the only one star review they have recently received there are more people who also had a bad experience with this place look at those one star reviews they have

I contacted Mozena Medical for repairs on my aging Hoyer lift, which had an oil leak. From the…read morestart, I felt the process was oriented toward getting me to replace my equipment rather than repair it -- despite my repeated insistence that it likely just needed oil. They did complete the actual repair, but left the job unfinished: the oil was never refilled and the bolts were never re-tightened. Multiple parts of the lift were loose and unstable when they handed it back to me. I raised this concern several times while they were still engaged, and was dismissed each time. Their solution was to apply my $850 toward a new machine -- which would have cost me an additional $500 out of pocket. Ultimately, a handyman friend tightened the bolts and refilled the jack oil. The lift worked perfectly after that. Two simple steps that should have been part of any competent service call. What concerns me most is the safety implication. This is a lift that raises a person into the air. Had I used it with loose bolts before my friend intervened, I could have fallen and been seriously injured. When I kept telling them something wasn't right, the response was indifference. That's a troubling attitude for a company working with disabled and medically vulnerable clients. The underlying repair may well have been sound -- but an incomplete job isn't a finished job. I wanted to be able to rely on them for future service, and I genuinely can't recommend them based on this experience.

In this case we ordered a scooter for a cruise and they dropped it in the wrong place. No coordination before hand: they just pulled up to the cruise terminal and gave it to someone. They sent an email that it was delivered but no hint where. After 10 minutes wading through their help line to find a human, we got a cranky, unhelpful person who told us to leave the ship and go get it. We gladly paid a $40 cancellation fee to be done with them. From now on we'll book directly with local vendors. It's cheaper and you can check their reviews.
