I visited Motorsport in Huntington Beach on the Fourth of July and had an absolutely outstanding…read moreexperience, all thanks to my sales advisor, Nash. From the moment I walked in, Nash was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy-go-lucky -- the kind of person who instantly puts you at ease. What really stood out was that Nash took the time to get to know me. He wasn't just trying to make a sale; he listened, asked great questions, and made sure I found the right fit. His knowledge was impressive -- he answered every question with confidence and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Thanks to Nash's excellent customer service, I purchased an Obsidian 2.0, and I couldn't be happier! Nash even helped me put it in my backseat! :) If you're heading to Motorsport Huntington Beach, ask for Nash -- he's terrific and will take amazing care of you.

Marcelo and the Mokwheel team are amazing!…read more I randomly stopped by Mokwheel Bikes in Huntington Beach, and I'm so glad I did. Marcelo and his crew are the real deal--super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help you find the right ride without any pushy sales vibe. I tried one of their electric bikes with pedal assist and throttle, and WOW. The ride was insanely smooth and fun--way better than my pricey European e-bike (which now feels like a regret, lol). I seriously wanted to throw it out and start fresh with a Mokwheel. That's how good the experience was. I'll probably end up stealing my husband's new bike (we settled on the Obsidian which has amazing motor power and high miles). Everyone there made me feel taken care of, from start to finish. You can tell they love what they do and take pride in their work. Whether you're totally new to e-bikes or a seasoned rider, this is the place to go. Bonus: they've got a really great 4th of July sale going on right now--so if you're thinking about getting one, now's the time! Highly recommend. You'll leave with a smile (and probably a new bike too ).

Came here to rent a bike with zero advanced notice, and it was such an easy experience…read more We came in at about 6 PM on a Sunday evening and we're lucky enough to have caught them before they closed at 6:30. Luckily they have a policy that allows you to bring back the bike as late as 9 PM and chain it to the gate outside even when the business has closed for a small fee ($15) The bikes were $20 each, we chose the upgraded model with gearshifting, there was also an option for $15 that had only one speed. Everything was great. The bike was perfect and did exactly what we wanted, we rode around until about 8:30 and had no issues bringing it back. The next morning we received an email confirming everything was received and closing out our transaction. Definitely would use this place again

We rented bikes to travel north from Redondo Beach toward Manhattan Beach. Our hybrid bikes cost…read more$45 for the whole day. They charge $15 per hour for beach cruisers and hybrid bikes until your duration exceeds three hours. Then, your cost stays at $45 for the rest of the day until store closing. Before renting the bikes, one of us needed to provide an ID and card to place on file. Fortunately, they had parking just for customers. The staff also provided us a basket and lock without an extra charge. The bikes got us a little further than expected to Dockweiler Beach near LAX. The hybrid bikes allowed us to shift gears, which made cycling on slight inclines easier. The rental costs weren't too expensive, and we had a great time using the bikes to travel about 13.5 miles round-trip. When leaving the parking lot, we needed to stay vigilant of the cyclists passing us on N. Harbor Dr.'s dedicated bike lane.

Last week we dropped off my e-bike for a tune up service. I received my bike 3 days later as promised (2-3 days). The cost was a good value. After my e-bike was serviced it rode better than when it was brand new. The one thing I really don't like is having to leave my bike on the sidewalk. No one is officially tending to the bikes. They're just sitting there. They are a small operation and don't have the proper amount of space. My husband they did secure his e-bike to a parking meter when he dropped his off but he still felt uncomfortable about his bike on the sidewalk. What if someone crashes into it. We sign waivers that release them of responsibility blah blah blah. So we'd be happier if we had our bikes within the safe confines of their bike shop.
