Came here today at 10am to rent a bike as soon as they open. Their website and the sign at the…read morelocation both confirmed that they open at 10am. At a little after 11am I called the first of two numbers on their contact section. The site number went to voice message with the voice saying that they couldn't come to the phone because " they were busy with customers but come by, we have plenty of bicycles". Obvious lie since me and my family had been waiting since 10am for them to open. I was able to get a hold of someone at the second number and a female told me that the manager informed them that the location was opening at 11:30. I waited past noon with nobody showing up. Decided to cut my loses and take the kids to the playground. At the very least I should have been given the courtesy of letting me know that the location was not going to open. Unprofessional, as a business they should have someone to designated as a back up in case the opener can't make it.
