Our daughter had a wedding two weeks ago at Strawberry Farms Golf Club in Irvine and we were fortunate to have obtained the services of Carlos of LB Entertainment. What a fun night we had and great find in a DJ. From day one in our planning, Carlos was on time, personable to us, and attentive to exactly what our family wanted in a DJ and event. He felt like a member of our family. His cost for services were amazing considering the quality of DJ work he provided for us. Carlos had and maintained great read on the crowd which kept the party going strong and his lighting was beautiful. Every one in attendance commented as to what a fun time they had and we WILL definitely hire him for our next event. We can't thank him enough and give him the highest of recommendations. Thanks Carlos!!!! read more

I've known Carlos for years and knew I could count on him to do a great job DJ'ing my wedding. Working with him up to the wedding was great - he really focused on creating a great day that really reflected my husband and me. We gave him pages of songs to use and he used almost all of them! We also used him to emcee a portion of the reception as well and he just did a great job. All around, he really made our day extra special. My guests danced all night long. He played music for all ages and I had nothing but praise from my guests about the music. He also brought some great uplighting and did a "gobo" (initials lit up on the dancefloor) which made it feel like a David Tutera wedding! My day definitely wouldn't have been as PERFECT without LB Entertainment there to keep the party going! read more

Carlos did an amazing, professional job for our company Christmas party. He's a seasoned pro and helped us navigate through all of decisions to make the event was memorable. He helped serve as the MC and made sure that everything went flawlessly. We would definitely recommend Carlos and LB Entertainment again without hesitation! read more

Stop looking for your DJ/Emcee/Entertainer/New LB friend. You have found him. We hired Carlos to DJ our wedding and we are so so thankful we did. You aren't just getting a DJ with years and years of experience, who is and looks professional, who can read the audience and play an amazing set of music - you are getting someone who GENUINELY cares about who you are, making your event the best day of your life, and is grateful to be apart of it. I don't know many brides that run and give their DJ a hug. But after meeting Carlos, sharing our vision, hearing tips and receiving guidance from him, and creating something as a TEAM, he truly was a big part of why our night was so special. 10 stars. Stop looking, just hire him. read more

100% perfection. Carlos met and exceeded every expectation for our wedding. His lighting was brilliant. His ability to read the crowd and understand the pre set list of tunes was perfect. We would use him in a heart beat. read more

Carlos is an amazing DJ. We recommended Carlos to our friends that got married in Jan. of 2019 and we enjoyed Carlos as the MC and DJ there. We had Carlos play at our wedding on March 3, 2019 and we totally loved him! Carlos worked with our live band and was very professional in working with the venue and band, Carlos is so easy going and flexible. But also has a great form with the right questions to ask regarding the flow and taste of music for your event. I loved that the week before our wedding he scheduled a call with us to review and talk about the ambiance of our wedding. I will continue to recommend Carlos to anyone who is looking for an MC and DJ. read more

My husband and I could not have been happier with Carlos! He did an amazing job at our wedding, and all of our guests kept complimenting us on our DJ! Weeks later family are still telling us how much fun they had! He worked with us every step of the way and got down exactly what we wanted for our wedding! He was so amazing at blending mine and husband's cultures (Middle Eastern and Mexican) and getting all of our guests up and moving. You won't be disappointed with Carlos! read more

I cannot say enough about Carlos! I don't even think 5 stars are enough!! I was searching for the right DJ for my wedding and after 4 different inquiries and dead end emails, I finally found Carlos. Instant relief and joy! He called me the same day as well as followed up with an email, and me and my fiancé met with him later that week at the venue. It was almost like we had already known him and we were just meeting up with an old friend. He really made the whole process easy and fun instead of stressful- and even added great ideas for our slightly nerdy themed wedding. He is simply the best! If you can't get him for your wedding day, I suggest you change your date..he's that good! read more

Carlos is an absolute pleasure to work with. He's extremely friendly and polite and he made sure all the guests at our wedding had a wonderful time on the dance floor. He did a great job of accommodating our music requests and mixing things up a little bit at the same time! It's always nice to find someone that is good at their job and easy to do business with. Can't recommend him highly enough! read more

Carlos was on time with his own equipment. Sound was clear and loud. He played the requested genre of music for our party, had a good mix of songs and got everyone out on the dance floor without any silly chit chat. If there was any lull in dancing, he was able to quickly segue into a new song that rejuvenated the dancing. He was responsive, fairly priced and a sweet guy. Highly recommend. read more

Carlos Zavala did an OUTSTANDING job running the show as the DJ for my daughters wedding. He kept it lively and fun the whole way through! Highly, HIGHLY recommended! read more

This is my first yelp review, and I'm only doing it because it is so well deserved. Carlos was the DJ and MC for my daughter's wedding reception on March 23, 2019. He was truly wonderful in every possible way. He has good ideas, he helps with the flow, his music is spot on, he makes everything easy. Trust me! read more

I can't say enough about Carlos and what a great person he is. He is truly passionate about what he does and is excited to make your event enjoyable. He was the DJ and MC for our wedding that we had in January at El Dorado Park Golf Course. The lighting work he did for the outdoor tent was gorgeous and worked with our color scheme. He put together an awesome playlist based off of the 10 page questionnaire he sent us (there were things on there that my husband and I didn't even think of). My husband and I had no worries working with him. He rolled with the punches and I would definitely work with him again if we needed a DJ. I highly recommend him. read more

I hired Carlos to DJ my sorority's formal event and he was amazing! The last few months he communicated very efficiently, attending a few meetings in person or via phone to make sure everything was just as I wanted it. The week before the event I submitted my song list aka like 15 songs that were kind of the feel that I wanted for the night. When the event came he was able to perfectly capture the mood, starting with ambient EDM/Pop during dinner and cocktail hour, he turned off during speeches, and then boosted the energy for 2.5 hours of dancing the rest of the night! I've always been iffy with DJ's since I feel like a lot of them don't know how to go in between EDM, Top 40, and rap without feeling awkward, but he was amazing! I got compliments all night on his behalf, and I can't wait to work with him again in the future. read more

My husband (fiancé at the time) was looking for a Dj for our wedding and came across Carlos page. At first it was a little scary because of course its hard to trust someone that you don't know their work. But we took a chance and I have to say that was one of the best chances we took!!! From the moment we met him all the way to the wedding date. He was on top of everything, great music, played everything we asked for, great personality and very professional. Our family and friends loved the music and the upbeat entertainment. I would 100% recommend and would hire Carlos for another event. read more

I just recently had my wedding that Carlos DJ for! And wow he's amazing! A year ago he also was the DJ for my sisters wedding. If your looking for an awesome DJ, don't wait ! I highly recommend Carlos for any type of event, He's the best!!!! read more

BEST WEDDING EVER! And I have to say thank you to Carlos for being such a big part of making this so. He and his team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Carlos met with us multiple times before the wedding so he could get to know us. He listened to our request and also had some wonderful suggestions. Most importantly he put on an amazing celebration. I would highly, highly recommend Carlos and LB Entertainment to anybody that is in need of a DJ. Thank you Carlos!!! read more

My husband and I are so thankful we had Carlos as our DJ for our wedding a couple weeks ago. He was incredible during the entire process and kept the dance floor moving all night which is exactly what my husband and I wanted. He exceeded our expectations, was incredible to work with, and knocked our vision out of the park to the point that one of our friends at our wedding booked him for their wedding in 2020. If you booked Carlos for your wedding or any event, you will not be disappointed! read more

Carlos (LB Entertainment) DJ'd our wedding on May 31st, 2014. He was AMAZING. From the very beginning he was so great to work with. When we first met, it felt like we were old friends. He really understood our "vibe" and completely made the night of our wedding flow smoothly and man did he keep the party goin. We couldn't have asked for more. And to top it off, his set up and lighting really added to event. Thank you, Carlos! read more

Where do we even begin?! Mike and I had the pleasure of having Carlos DJ our wedding! We met at a coffee shop and it was an instant friendship! We laughed over coffee and telling him how we met. We never even looked for another DJ and booked right on the spot. We met a month before the wedding, and we had made some changes and totally forgot to inform him (bride brain) and he rolled with it! Without a blink he said no problem and he would be all set up and ready to go! And boy was he! Everything from the grand entrance, to dinner music, to when the party started was unbelievable!! Time flew by and everyone danced the night away. He took requests, he played all of our must haves, but more importantly he made us feel like family. I will recommend Carlos to everyone from this point forward! Thank you Carlos!! Love the Dels! read more

Carlos, Jeni and I would like to thank you so much for everything! From the lighting, music, and most of all your professionalism. When my fiancee at the time were searching for DJ's I told her this was one of the most important keys to having a great wedding. We went through about 3 other DJ's before we finally met Carlos at a Starbucks near our house. His energy and passion is what grabbed us right away. He didn't just hand us a generic layout at what he "usually" does at other weddings like the other guys. He totally catered to our needs. BUT...Even after the meeting I wanted to be sure he was the right one. He told me before I sign anything to come check him out at Lucky Strikes where he DJ's. Without telling him what night I would go, I took my brothers and went to check him. I was sold in the first few minutes. At the wedding Carlos kept our guest dancing all night with his mixes, transitions, and choice of songs. Carlos we appreciate everything brotha. Not only did you become a part of our memories, but you became a friend. Thank you and we will definitely be using your services for other events. Trust me, you wont go wrong with Carlos!! read more

Carlos recently DJ'd at our wedding. He did an amazing job! We told him the vibe we wanted and he took over from there. Everyone had an amazing time and so did we! He really paid attention to what we wanted and we're still hearing about how much fun our guests had. I'd highly recommend him! Thanks for being part of our special day! read more

Carlos/LB Entertainment was a huge part of our wedding dream team! I received many compliments about the music and DJ'ng. Due to Carlos' expertise, the wedding joy and entertainment was truly FUNomenal! There is no doubt I will be using LB Entertainment for future personal and professional events, of which I plan many throughout the year. What set's Carlos aside from other DJ's is his incredible attention to what the client's vision is and then he executes it flawlessly. read more

Carlos is the DJ you want for any event. For my wife and I, finding a DJ was the most important part of our wedding and we took months to find one that we knew would make our big day special. Carlos was super professional and a genuinely nice guy. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of a wedding and helped us through the whole process. All of his equipment and lighting was top notch and took the wedding to another level. He kept everyone on the dance floor and knew how to draw them back in when it thinned out. My wife and I couldn't be happier with Carlos and would recommend him to anyone who wants to keep their party goers on their toes. read more

Carlos Zavala from LB Entertainment was absolutely amazing. He was referred from our venue Strawberry Farms and we couldn't be more pleased to have him entertain and DJ our wedding. From the very first meeting we knew he was fun and was focused on what we wanted and how we wanted it. During our final meeting I didn't have songs in mind for our cake cutting but Carlos said he had the perfect one. We trusted Carlos and knew he would play something perfect. The day of our wedding Carlos came out and said hello to us before our grand entrance. It was awesome for him to step aside for a moment and say hello before the fun began. He asked our family what they wanted to listen to during the wedding. He made sure to coordinate with the venue on order of events and made sure my husband and I were both ready for the next thing. What we loved the most was that Carlos really listened to us and played everything we wanted and also mixed in some amazing songs and mixes. His pricing was very appropriate and also included beautiful lighting and a personalized lighted monogram of our name. We will always refer Carlos first and hopefully use him again for future parties. Thanks Carlos. We were so lucky to work with you! read more

Carlos my man!!! The absolute best DJ I've ever heard at a wedding in all honesty. His mix was awesome the whole night. Had a mixture of Canadian, American, and Mexican people at our wedding and he kept the dance floor full the whole night with the good mixing between Spanish and English music. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thanks again Carlos for a memorable night that we won't ever forget. Your the man!!! read more

This is the 2nd time we've had the pleasure of Carlos DJing for us & we can honestly say, once again he went above & beyond our expectations. He first rocked the house for our daughter's then, 13th Birthday Party, which was full of middle schoolers. Then again, a few weeks ago, for her special Sweet 16 Birthday Masquerade Ball, which was a semi-formal/formal event at Meadowlark Golf Club, full of high schoolers. When we were planning this special party, we knew we had to have Carlos! He worked his lighting magic, transforming the Ballroom into a gorgeous Masquerade Ball, with a kaleidoscope of colors. The ambiance was perfect. A master of mixing music & MCing, he kept the energy going, the kids pumped & had some wonderful suprises in store for us! The sound quality of the music was phenomenal. You know it's a great party when you have 80 high schoolers on the dance floor the entire night instead of on their cell phones! Carlos remembered doing something very special for our daughter at her 13th Bday & did it again for her with the help of her friends. It was the highlight of the night! My daughter & her friends truly had the time of their lives. It was a very special night for all of us. On the business side of things, Carlos is extremely professional, experienced and detail oriented. He has state of the art equipment providing you with the best light & sound experience, he offers suggestions, incorporates your ideas & works with you every step of the way. He cares about making it the best experience possible for you. He's reliable, punctual & trustworthy. He's truly a joy to work with! Creatively, he really knows his craft, is passionate about music, has the amazing talent to be able to do incredible mixing, can multi-task and is super adaptable, he knows how to read the audience, keeping them engaged & entertained. If you want to have the BEST party ever, then Carlos is your go-to guy! Music is THE most important element that can make or break an event, and with Carlos DJing, you are guaranteed to have an amazing party! He is so much more than a DJ, he literally sets the ambiance & mood for your entire event. He is also a talented MC who can really keep the party pumping. Carlos has made so many incredible memories for us, we can't thank him enough. We look forward to many more endeavors with him! Karen & Andy S. read more

Carlos was absolutely Fantastic! From our first meeting we knew he was going to be great. He was so personable and really listened to what type of vibe we were going for. Music was a big concern for us with a mix of cultures... Carlos was able to find the perfect balance of English and Spanish music and he read the crowd so well. The extra large dance floor was packed literally the entire night. Our wedding planner, who's very experienced, said she's never seen so many people last so long at any of her weddings... It was past midnight and everyone was still going. In fact, we wish we would have rented out the venue for another hour because many of our guests would have kept dancing!!! We're still receiving compliments on how much fun our wedding was and specifically how good the music was. If we could do it all over again, we'd hire Carlos in a heartbeat! read more

My wife and I were very fortunate to have found Carlos right on time for our wedding on Sept 20th of this year. For us, finding the ideal DJ for our wedding was a "must" since we know how important DJs are for special events like this one. From the very beginning when we first talked to Carlos over the phone, he was very flexible and we felt a good vibe. After meeting him we had no doubt, he had carisma, experience and he knew excatly what we wanted. He worked with us through out the entire process adding great tips and feed back regarding our ideas. He helped us out in making a mixed of songs for our video slide show which turned out great; he offered to bring his own projector to make sure everything ran smoothly and on a timely manner. Everything we asked of him, he was able to deliver. We loved the way he was orginized and prepared and definitely took a burden off our shoulders. Search no more!! Carlos is the DJ you are looking for!! Thanks Carlos!! read more

We hired LB Entertainment to DJ and MC our wedding. It was the best decision we made. Carlos was wonderful to work with. He was very easy to get a hold of and very pleasant to work with. You can tell that he is a very genuine nice guy. He had a very nice set up and many of my guests said that he was very pleasant and he had the most top notch equipment. He kept our wedding flowing perfectly and his lighting really helped our venue look great! We gave him a list of songs a few weeks ahead of time that we wanted to make sure that he played and he got all of them in. He also accommodated my guests and played songs they requested the night of and played them all. I wish that we could give him more stars because he deserved it. I will be recommending him to everyone I know that needs a DJ. He also has great pricing and you don't need to look any further. He's your guy! read more

Carlos was the DJ for my wedding a few weeks ago, and he was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding, and he was extremely fast at replying to anything. I made a playlist of all the songs I wanted to be played at the wedding, and he tried his best to play all those songs at the reception (the playlist was really long so it was impossible for every song to be played). Carlos took the time to meet with my husband and I before the wedding so that he could get to know us and review the songs that we had selected for the reception. Carlos was excellent at feeling the mood throughout the reception, and played music that best fit that mood. As soon as dinner was over, Carlos had everyone up and dancing until the reception was over! I 100% recommend Carlos to anyone who wants a DJ who is easygoing, energetic, and insists on everyone having a great time! read more
