From the start, Dj Frank was very upfront and polite. He is not just another DJ. When you hire Frank, you get a DJ, MC, reception coordinator, a hype man and a stepping partner on the dance floor haha. We recently got married in Redondo beach and Frank met with us a month in advance to go over the event schedule, helped us decide the personalized order of things, and even helped us coordinate our photographer and Mariachi. On the day of, Frank and his brother in law laid the tracks and kept the party rolling all night long. He even mixed some Latino music with some West Indian chutney and Bollywood style music and they were fire. I'd 1000% recommend choosing DJ Frank. You won't regret it!!!! read more

Dj Frank Rivera was incredible! He DJ'd my wedding last month and my wife and our guests loved his playlist and MC skills. He catered to our needs and music tastes and kept the crowd dancing all night. Highly recommend Frank to be your dj at your event! read more

Frank is THE MAN you want at your event. He played our wedding and was nothing less than SPECTACULAR. He knows how to read the room, understands the cultures in your event, knows his music, mixes LIVE (not many "DJ's" do that now a days), is professional, plays requested songs during the event, follows the itinerary, helps with suggestions prior to the event, and I can keep going on and on. If you want a 100 star DJ for your event, DO NOT GO ELSEWHERE! He's the best I've ever had as a DJ. He has very reasonable prices and I will not be going with anyone else so long he DJ's as a career and business. Thanks Frank. You're THE MAN! read more

Hiring Frank was the best decision we could've made for our wedding! We had some pretty specific song requests and needed Spanish and English music blended equally. He was able to execute that seamlessly! Frank is so professional and knows how to keep the party going. I never left the dance floor! Guests are already asking for his info to hire him for their next event. Thanks for everything! read more

I found DJ Frank Rivera on Yelp and couldn't be happier with his services. Consummate professional, yet caring and accommodating. His song choices were spot on for the crowd. The bride and groom were in their late 40s and DJ Frank knew exactly what the guest wanted to hear. He was also extremely accommodating for the ceremony which one outdoor at a golf course. His price was the most competitive, but his service was TOP notch. I Highly recommend DJ Frank. read more

Our wedding was almost 3 weeks ago and WOW we still can't stop talking about how fun it was, thanks to Frank! He is phenomenal! We hired Frank because a friend recommended him to us and was simply amazing! He was professional, organized and asked to set up an appointment to talk to both of us to ensure that our wedding was perfect! As far as music goes, theres no better choice! He kept all our guests on the dance floor, to the point where NO ONE was at their seat!! We're still hearing compliments from guests about the musical selection! What really set Frank apart was that we really wanted a variety of music ranging from Spanish, oldies, modern, slow vintage music (our choice for dinner) and just "feel good" music, and he made it all work so well! As an MC, his energy, bilingual skills and personality really shined through! The atmosphere was amazing and honestly don't think we could've made a better decision. Our wedding was so memorable to us and our guests! He is definitely a MUST HIRE! Thank you so much Frank for making our dream wedding come true! read more

When my wife and I first started planning our wedding, DJ Frank Rivera was the first person we contracted. His musical selection, energy level, personality, bilingual skills and professionalism are the perfect combination in a DJ. Our wedding was an absolute blast, from start to finish, and his services were a significant contributor to that. He will not disappoint you or your guest. We will be requesting his services for all of our future celebrations. I am confident that once you work with him, you will feel the same way. read more

DJ Frank Rivera was our wedding DJ in December of 2017. He was the best and will definitely create an amazing atmosphere with the music he plays. He is very professional and played everything we asked plus he added in songs that fit with the songs we chose. I also applaud him on meeting with us beforehand to get all the details together so our wedding day would be perfect. He truly is the best and we highly recommend him. There is absolutely no one else I trusted to DJ my wedding but Frank. Knowing his professionalism, enthusiasm, energy and variety in music, I knew I wouldn't have to worry about giving him any direction. At some point in the wedding I wondered why all the tables were empty and quickly realized everyone was on the dance floor! Once the dance floor opened up, Frank kept everyone there! I received tons of compliments on the music and was asked how I knew Frank. He will not disappoint. read more

Deciding to have Frank Rivera DJ my st. Patrick's day Dirty 30 birthday on 3-17-2018 was the greatest decision I made for my party. I found him here on Yelp and liked the reviews I read so I decided to contact him for a quote. His prices were very reasonable. Frank was extremely polite and professional. He created a contract and emailed me it immediately. We talked about music and what type of vibe I wanted for my party. He had me send him songs I wanted to hear for sure so he could make sure he had them. A few days leading up to the party he made sure to contact me and go over the setup time and address. The day of the party he showed up right on time to setup. Again he was extremely polite and professional. His appearance was very clean as well. He nailed the vibe I was going for lots of 90s hip hop.. the entire party (about 60 ppl) had a great time and everyone said the dj was "so good!" The party was 3 weeks ago and my friends and family are still talking about how great the party was and how much they liked the dj and the music. I definitely reccomend frank and would definitely contact him again for my next party! Dirty 31? Lol thanks frank you Da best!!!!! read more

I asked Frank to DJ my sister's Sweet 16 on August 20, 2011 in Los Angeles. I gave him a genre of music according to what my sister liked and it was impressive. My sister and guests were very happy with his selection. He included music to suit all the age groups at the party. Whenever there was a dull moment, he spoke up on the mic and got the crowd going. He is very professional and sociable. I could not thank him enough for what a great night he made my sister's Sweet 16. read more

We hired Frank Rivera for his awesome MC and DJ skills for our wedding two weeks ago. The experience from the beginning was great and he was easy to communicate with. He scheduled a call with us prior to the wedding date to review the timeline, music selection and all logistics for the day. He provided his professional opinion on music, wedding timeline (which helped us have a well paced event), and just learn more about the type of vibe we were going for. He was great at building rapport with our day of coordinator, which helped with ensuring that things stayed on scheduled. His bilingual abilities were appreciated since we had some guest who only spoke Spanish. Throughout the event he was able to read the vibe and play the music that would keep our guests on the dance floor. Until this day many of our guests have told us how sore they were the next day from dancing all night. We highly recommend Frank for any events. read more

Strongly recommend! I hired Frank for my graduation party and all I got where compliments from my family on the music! He was extremely easy to work with, and professional. Strongly recommend him (specially for bilingual parties!) I plan on hiring him for all our parties! read more

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Don't let Frank fool you -- he might seem a little on the quiet side, but coming from someone extremely picky, believe me when I tell you he's got BOTH the emcee and DJ skills! Our wedding was just over 3 weeks ago and we're still hearing about how much fun everyone had dancing. I'm half Mexican/half Nicaraguan and my husband is Peruvian...so we were challenged with finding the right DJ that would play a variation of music for our guests, but Frank totally had us covered. Every single guest was on the dance floor all night...even before we did our grand entrance, haha. Another major plus is that he helped us stay on schedule which is HUGE for weddings. We got through everything on time and were able to enjoy the night. He was also very professional about everything from the beginning and was sure to follow up with us a couple weeks before the big day. He took the time to patiently answer all of our crazy questions and even asked about our bridal party so that he could deliver a personal introduction for each person -- and he did! So many people commented on how cool they thought it was that he said something unique about each bridesmaid and groomsmen. Lastly, he created a super cool gobo for us at our (very) last minute request. I can honestly go on forever but all I can say is, if you want the kind of party EVERYONE has a blast at without having to worry about things going wrong, go with Frank...you won't regret it! read more

I'm glad we chose Frank to be the DJ for our wedding! He was easy to work with. He has this down to a science. He made the process easy for us and walked us through the song choices we needed, the different games, and the speeches. Through this whole process he was very patient with us and gave us his expert opinion. During the wedding day, he was on time, no issues. All of our guests kept complimenting how great he was. He played the best songs and had everyone dancing all night! Once again, I'm glad we chose him. Thanks Frank for everything! read more
