Mike (DJ Pandabara) is one of the most professional and down to earth people you will meet. He is very flexible and willing to work with his clients to ensure all of their needs are met. We first met Mike at a bridal show, and he immediately made a great first impression with the range of musical genres he was playing along with his welcoming personality. He was very approachable and easy to talk to. He spent an adequate time answering our questions and concerns about the wedding planning process, and he stressed that he is available at nearly all times to his clients. From the moment we booked him, he kept his word. I could text or call Mike with a question, and he would always respond immediately. His open communication and transparency eased any stress and worry. He was very organized and held our hand during the wedding planning process. He would provide us with goals and tasks to complete in regards to our timeline and music playlist, which ensured no stone was left unturned leading up to our wedding day. Additionally, he helped create our First Dance mix and tailored it to our requested length and edits. During our wedding reception, his emcee skills shined as he brought energy, fun and humor. If feasible, we highly recommend including a scavenger hunt conducted by Mike in your wedding reception. This was one of the most entertaining and memorable parts of the night, as Mike was a great host throughout. We received a lot of compliments from our guests regarding Mike and we cannot overstate how happy we are that we booked him. If you are looking for a DJ, you will not regret choosing Mike! read more

Mike is the wedding DJ to end all DJs - he is absolutely incredible! My wife and I booked Mike for our wedding in Costa Mesa and we were continually impressed by him. He did a phenomenal job at our wedding. Mike is (insanely) responsive, talented, personable, and great to work with in general. My wife and I had a bunch of special audio/music things that we wanted to do, most notably including a 10-minute Taylor Swift mashup mix, and Mike delivered on every single thing to a tee. For any Swifties out there, Mike is your guy and ask him for our mix; it got the people dancing and going wild. For everyone else, Mike is still your guy because he works hard to make your event special and always goes the extra mile with everything he provides. Even the details like the up-lights and custom monogram projection were such cool things to add to our event. You won't be disappointed working with Mike / DJ Pandabara. Thank you, Mike! read more

We just had our wedding on 12/9/23 last weekend and I just want to say how amazing DJ Mike was to work with. Mike was super professional and helpful throughout the entire process of planning from the beginning. He is always available to answer any questions and you can tell he is super experienced and means business when you are working with him. You can just see that this is his passion and makes sure all his clients have all their needs met. Even down to the last minute we did need to make some changes and Mike was very accommodating to everything. The wedding was perfect from the ceremony to the reception. He got the party started, he has a perfect voice for an MC to get everyone hyped up. Played all the jams and kept everyone on the dance floor til the end. HIGHLY recommend DJ Mike for any party and super easy to work with. read more

DJ Pandabara was such a joy to work with! He really helped us figure out how what kind of energy we wanted to bring for our reception. Our guests and event staff raved about how much fun they had and even said they hadn't seen such a high energy wedding in awhile. It was truly a night to remember. He was so supportive throughout the planning process and had such a positive attitude from the start. Not only were we a fan of his polished equipment and setup but he offered so many additional convenient services, like uplighting, a/v, etc. He also helped us source and operate cold sparks for our grand entrance. Most importantly, he was just so flexible and patient. He let me custom design our monogram and also let us make changes up until the eleventh hour without so much as even hinting at panic. What a kind professional! We highly recommend him to anyone looking for their next DJ. read more

WOW! DJ Mike elevated the recent X-mas party to the next level. Three things I would like to highlight about the experience. 1) Fun: he took control of the party non-stop with his selection of music without request and feedback from the guests. 2) Professional: ON TIME, MC was stellar, Always EXECUTED!!! 3) Legacy: I asked him to do his magic without any program and he surprised us. It made me feel I was back on time dancing with friends in a club. AMAZING!!! The guests are still talking about it since the party was only about 8 days old. The next day, the team created an account and exploded with tons of videos and photos for two days. This will definitely go down in "TMMC" history 2024 as the BEST. We would like to thank you, Sir DJ PANDABARA for a wonderful event!!! Merry X-Mas to all. Party Hard... read more

DJ Pandabara was our DJ for our wedding! I already left a review on Google last year, but I just wanted to hop on Yelp and add my 5 star rating here too because he really deserves it! If you need a DJ, don't hesitate on booking DJ pandabara you won't regret it. Above and beyond service, reasonable price without compromising his quality in service which he professionally customizes to YOUR needs desire. If he has suggestions/ can improve certain parts, he will run it by you first. He knows what hes doing and puts his heart into his work. There's some 3rd party vendors whom, once you hire them, they make you work with their absurd contract terms and conditions where it's selfishly geared towards making their clients event all about the vendor's desire/time/limitations and not their clients.. But not dj pandabara, his production reflects his priority that he's well aware it's your special day and makes it all about you. read more

I have been to a few events that DJ Pandabara (aka DJ Mike) has played at, and when I got engaged I knew that right away he would be the first Vendor we booked! He offers several different price packages and also "add-on" options so that customers can be sure to get EXACTLY what they want! One option I had my heart set on was the "Dancing On The Clouds" affect for our First Dance. Mike did a ton of research on the machines needed to make this special affect happen and we ended up with an end result that was better than what we had requested!!! Mike purchased the top of the line equipment and also used dry ice to create a "cloud" affect that stayed thick on the dance floor...verses other DJs that do the same affect but their's floats up creating a fog that ends up blocking part of the Bride and Groom. DJ Mike even brought the machine to one of our consultations at our Venue so that we could see first hand what it would look like on Wedding Day! I can honestly say from experience dealing with this Vendor that he truly cares about the work and services he provides. I know several of our guests have reached out to get his info to book him for their future events because of the amazing time they had at our Wedding. If you are looking for a trustworthy DJ that will make your Special Event a memorable one, DJ Mike is the ONE! You wont regret booking him!!! read more

Mike aka DJ Pandabara was amazing! I was planning a surprise party in California from another state. Naturally, I was nervous about working with someone from a different location. However, Mike was beyond thorough, knowledgable and pleasant to speak with on the phone. So, naturally I had to hire him. Hiring Mike is not only a wise selection, but an educational opportunity. He's very informed on his passion and even aware of set up options I even was aware of. His insight allowed us to have a stellar party with great a great sound system, lights and even a huuuuge projector. I would recommend Mike and his assistant, Fernando, to anyone! P.S. And one more thing! Mike unfortunately hurt himself the week prior to my event and quickly let me know his status. I nervous as I thought he as letting me know he'd have to cancel. However, he reassured me that not only was he coming, he was brining Fernando to help throughout the event. Talk about true customer service! Mike, I hope you're feeling better and keep up the great work! read more

Michael was awesome! He not only met our needs, he exceeded them. Before we even hired him, he drove an hour to our venue to meet us for a free consultation! And without my request, he took the initiative to create a sample time line breaking down every minute of our wedding with suggested songs for the ceremony, cake cutting, garter, bouquet toss, and open dance. He really took the stress away from us and made sure the music was not something we had to worry about for our wedding day. Every important moment was amplified with his great taste in music. Highly recommended. He will not disappoint! read more

Michael was just plain AWESOME! I say that nothing really prepares you on what to expect when it comes to planning a wedding. I was freaked out that there were so many little details I didn't know and I didn't have the time either. My wedding was one of those a la carte weddings not knowing what I got myself into. Hiring Mike was one the best things I ever made. He not only met our expectations, he went above and beyond. Mike went to our venue multiple times to get to know the location. I didn't know that Cypress required a license to dj there so Michael took care of it himself. He also looked at the room to see what we would need to meet our needs regarding the size of the room and the amount guests we were having. Mike is great in communicating and very patient too. On the day of our wedding, Mike was very professional. He told everyone going in for the grand entrance where and what to do once they entered (I had no clue about it). Because my caterers were late, Mike was able to work around the timeline to keep things going (especially when we had very limited time). On top of everything, Mike has a GREAT voice for an MC. I definitely would hire him again for future events and I 100% would recommend him. He really makes you feel like he's part of the family. I also met our amazing videographer through him and they made a great team! read more

DJ Pandabara DJ'd a wedding I went to recently in Eagle Rock. I've been to a lot of weddings and a lot of times wedding DJs are a bit cheesy and sometimes disorganized in how they announce the wedding party or different parts of the program. This guy was so upbeat and energetic. There was no 'dead time' throughout the program. His music selection was amazing. I requested a few songs he had all of them but 1 and when he told me he didn't have it, he said he can get it for me immediately. I'll remember that wedding for a long my long time thanks to him. I couldnt recommend him enough! read more

DJ Mike helped make our wedding reception very special! He was extremely responsive to our needs and questions and was very accommodating. We gave him a list to songs we liked and wanted to play, and he was able to incorporate them into his set along with additional songs he chose that matched the genres of songs we liked. He was even able to play all of our K-Pop choices! And our guests enjoyed them all! Mr. Michael is Amazing! We honestly had no idea who to select as our DJ for our wedding as I feared trusting our special day to just anyone and when we met with him for the first time, I was sold! He's EXTREMELY helpful and knows what he is doing. I am so very pleased to have chosen Mr. Michael Abara. Mr. Michael executed the most perfect wedding entertainment experience. I was extremely impressed with his set up; from the monogram to the uplighting, everything was very beautifully set up. He made sure to make our first dance look and sound beautiful and even incorporated a mix into the song seamlessly! We requested some hard to find Spanish Music as well, and low and behold, not a problem for Mr. Abara! We highly recommend him without reservation! I highly recommend DJ Pandabara! He was so professional and was willing to work with us and our budget. He listened to what we wanted both when we were meeting with him ahead of time as well as at the wedding. He was attentive to details, even taking the time to verify how each name was pronounced. The highest complement I can give him is that he did exactly what was asked. Thank you DJ Pandabara, you really are the best! read more

Hire Michael! If you need a DJ, for any event whatsoever, this is your guy. Just do it. Do not think about it. My wife and I recently had Michael DJ and MC our wedding and to say that he exceeded our expectations would do a disservice to his outstanding performance. From the very beginning he exhibited a dedication to our event that was well beyond what any vendor would be expected to exhibit. He was responsive, creative, and responsible. Here is a list of some of the things he did for us: drove far out of his way to meet with us whenever necessary; made himself available at all time by telephone or through email; crafted a well-tuned schedule for our reception, taking into account our particularized needs; provided us with pricing that couldn't be beat, considering the services rendered; threw in an additional "add on" service (a projector which we used to display a slideshow) at no extra cost; and ran our reception smoother than we could have imagined. All I can say is that Michael is a consummate professional who was well worth every penny! Do not waste your time with other DJs. Hire Michael! read more

DJ Pandabara delivered an incredible package starting from the very first phone conversations and in person meeting. He is a super personable guy and inspired confidence from the beginning, which continued to build on subsequent interactions, whether by e-mails, text message or phone calls. His responses were timely and straight to the point, never vague and misleading. My wife and I felt he was the right person for the job and we continued to be impressed by him and his professionalism from start to finish. We felt at ease with asking various questions and he helped make accommodations for our international music selection and other song selection requests. He also gave valuable feedback about the reception timeline in keeping with his MC duties, on top of being a fantastic DJ. The sound system was perfect and our guests enjoyed the mix of oldies and newer hits, and there was not a single song requested that he could not incorporate. This made for a fun dance party! We had also asked for his help with uplighting which turned out amazing and really added a cool element to the fun atmosphere. We were really blown away at our luck in finding DJ Pandabara and feel continued appreciation for all his guidance in the planning process and the amazing final product on our wedding day! read more
