We hired Jesse for our daughter's 18th birthday. My husband's family is Filipino, so this was her formal debut (somewhat similar to a quince). I was very freaked out because the couple booked me 6 months in advance and I didn't want to disappoint them. My friend's dads are slight pyromaniacs and they wanted to know if they could set off fireworks during tue dancing. I hired DJ Jesse G for my Fullerton wedding in 2017 We used: lights, monogram, dj and mc. We were planning a wedding from across the country so someone who is quick to work on email, text, and digital banking was important to us. We also needed someone who would basically do the work for us, and not have us make too many decisions after the first meeting because we had a limited time in CA. Jesse was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He didn't flinch when I presented him a list of 40+ songs I wanted to be played. I told him this was the vibe I was going for and he said he knew exactly what I wanted. And he was right! It turned out way better than I could have expected! One thing I will say is that it is worth it to involve him earlier in the process. He wanted to meet the wedding coordinator because he needed to know when to put spotlights, when to have single mics, etc, and he had to do a lot of it on the fly. It's times like those when the years of experience really show. The day of, he showed up early, helped the other vendors where he could and just basically did his thing. He stayed calm when I was stressed and dealt issues on his own. Most importantly, the music was amazing! it was exactly what I wanted. Not too much talking, but just enough to transition things along. Years later, our friends tell us that ours was the best party they've been to. This couldn't have been done with another DJ.
