Additionally, people arrived in town at different times, so not everyone was able to come in at the same time to get their suits and try them on. They were very accommodating with that as well. Also the process for going in and picking suits was very smooth, their staff is knowledgeable on trends while still respecting your wishes of your vision for the attire. Highly recommend!

It's jam packed with all sorts of gently used clothing. There are clothing, shoes and accessories for men and women. From casual to more dressy wear. Prices range depending on the brands. Everything is well organized according to types of clothing items and sizes. There's also a section for clothing from Aritzia and Lululemon. I was able to find a Wilfred brand camel coloured long sleeves top and a pair of black Aldo ankle boots. I'm sure the store is picked over but I still saw many items I was interested in. I think there's a good flow of new stuff coming in from people selling their stuff to the store. Overall, this place is off to a strong start! We don't really have a good thrift store in this part of town. It's a welcome addition in my opinion. I enjoy shopping at the other Plato's Closets but they're far away from where I live. We arrived on time but the salesguy didn't know to expect us and I don't think the service was any different than if we just walked in. AKA don't waste your time making an appointment if you just want to look at fabric and styles. Not very many/any bright/colorful options. Was quoted ~$1,100 for a blazer in our chosen fabric. Loved that you can get no lining (stays cooler for hot-blooded people) or half lining. Lots of cool lining fabrics. Overall we did not go with a custom blazer from here, but may be back to see there already made jackets and just get one tailored.

Same layout same great deals…read more The only thing that bothers me and this is probably because they're new, the customer service is in need of serious improvement. Finding a staff member on the floor is impossible. My wife was looking for a certain size of jeans and you would think when a staff member sees you digging through shelves, it's time to ask us if we need assistance. Not the case. We looked around to see if someone was near by. Nope. Lastly, even though the store is the same layout there are flaws. There's a hidden area in the kids dept that goes nowhere. I'm confused by that choice. The selection right now is bleak but I suspect once the store gets humming and they have some metrics the stock will increase. So before anyone craps on this place give it time. It will be better soon enough. Just be grateful that we finally got old navy in shpk.

I grabbed a pair and set out to double check the price. I found someone and she asked where I had found it. She said only the marked pants were on sale. I went through the 17 pairs of pants and found 3 that were on sale. I was finally able to find a pair of pants on sale and also picked up 2 tank tops. Not in a hurry to go back.
