If you are in a bind Joey's is your go to. I recently had some trouble with my Vehicle and called…read morefor mobile Maintenance/tow if needed. Response time was under 30 Minutes from call to arrival. The owner was a great dude who helped me identify the issue, the wrong part sold by Orielly's Auto parts. My vehicle was incapacitated so they drove me to Orielly's to return the defective part, to Ram to get the correct part and back to my Truck and trailer. My part was due in the following morning. Joey's picked top the part from Ram and arrived at my Truck promptly to complete the install and got me back on the road. If you're in a Jam and you need help give them a call. I was charged a fair price for the services rendered all things considered.

He worked on our RV, and repaired everything that needed fixing (except for the fan and AC) until the afternoon. My husband paid $1100 for what has been repaired, including the drive to our home (TWICE!). Not sure why we had to pay for Chance to go back and forth the 2nd time. But...we did not complain because Chance said that he'd be back the next day to look at the fan and AC. Well...Thursday came and went...no Chance. I called and was told that they'd follow up with him and will call back. No call back...NOTHING! I called again on Friday and they told me that we will see him soon. Chance never showed up! I called on Friday afternoon, but now they're screening their calls and we're NOT picking up my calls. It's now Monday, July 1. I called again but once again NO ANSWER! So frustrating!! I like giving good reviews but will not if my calls are not picked up!!!

I went to this place twice, and both times I scheduled an appointment three weeks out. Each time, I…read morearrived on time first thing in the morning and dropped my car off, only to call at 4:30 p.m. (one hour before closing) and be told they had not even brought my car into the shop. I was then expected to leave my car overnight, which was a huge inconvenience, especially since all I needed was a simple oil change and front brake pads. Despite that experience, I decided to give Automotive Concepts Inc. another chance. Once again, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment. This time, I specifically asked to be scheduled on a day that was relatively empty and explained my frustration from the first visit, including having to leave my car overnight. I was assured that this would not be an issue and that they would be able to get to my car since that day was "wide open." I dropped my car off on the scheduled day first thing in the morning and did not hear back from the shop at all. I called again at 4:30 p.m., one hour before they closed, only to be told--once again--that they had not touched the car and it was still sitting where I left it. They started offering excuses, but at that point I was done hearing them. I told them not to touch the vehicle because I was not in a position to leave my car overnight again. When I arrived to pick it up, I was met with attitude. The owner slammed my keys on the counter and made a comment along the lines of "sorry, but I'm not perfect." That response was completely unprofessional. This is a business, with a receptionist and staff. At the very least, someone could have called to say they weren't going to get to the car that day so I could come pick it up, instead of tying up my entire day waiting without a vehicle. My time is money too, and it was completely wasted--twice. If you know you can't get to a customer's vehicle or don't have enough staff to keep up with the workload, don't take the car in. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

They will call you and explain everything in depth, give you a cost estimate and get permission before they fix anything so you're never surprised when you go to pay the bill. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had…read more My car broke down and I was able to coast into a parking lot. When Colorado Towing finally showed up, a guy gets out of the truck, doesn't say hello, and begins our conversation by saying, "You parked in a terrible spot." Those were the first words out of his mouth. He then tells me that I need to push my car to the other end of the lot and that he can't help because he has a bad back. I called some friends who happened to be in town. None of us live in Alamosa. What would've happened if I didn't have anyone to help me? I suggested he maneuver his truck in such a way to avoid us having to push the car into a different spot. He scoffed and told me it wasn't possible. Two minutes after I called my friends, he gets out of his truck and tells me, "they're not paying me to wait." AND THEN HE DRIVES OFF. I kid you not, he got back in his truck and drove away, effectively stranding me 4 hours from home. How cowardly and unethical can a business be? Colorado Towing in Alamosa sets the bar pretty high.
