See my previous review about this contractors work and work ethic which still stands. Make sure you…read morestate specifically the quality of work expected such as to what standards the work will be performed to and stating " the quality of work" portion in the contract must be tied to specifics like "there can be no gaps in tiles that require caulking" etc. Also we just found out that this contractor filed a lien on our house for the amount the judge awarded him due to lack of specifics in contract which was paid when I filed an appeal to the lawsuit. This contractor violated Colorado Revised Statutes § 18-5-114 plus other statutes and can be arrested to face criminal charges as stated to me by Archuleta County Clerks. Filing a document that the person knows is false is a felony in Colorado. That requires proof of intent, but if someone knowingly files a lien for money already paid, prosecutors will view it this way. This contractor said he wouldn't remove the lien unless I deleted this review. I chose to go the high road and not have him prosecuted. The lien has been removed with receipt proving I paid from the County Clerk's office. Buyer beware: not only does this guy do bad work and learns on the job, but when you question his workmanship, he will sue you if you do not have a substantially detailed contract, and even if you have paid him, and leave a bad review, he will lien your house.

Based in Pagosa Springs, we specialize in decks, roofing, siding, flooring, and structural repairs, delivering work that’s built to last in mountain conditions. What sets us apart is our detail-driven approach. Every job starts with a clear scope, realistic pricing, and a game plan so you always know what to expect. We don’t disappear mid-project, and we don’t leave loose ends—we finish strong. We’re not a volume-based company chasing dozens of jobs at once. We focus on doing fewer projects the right way, giving each client the attention their home deserves. Whether it’s a custom deck with a view, a roof that needs to perform through tough winters, or a repair that has to be done right the first time, we take pride in getting it done properly. Our clients appreciate straightforward communication, professional documentation, and high-quality workmanship. We work well with homeowners, designers, and project teams to bring ideas to life without the stress. If you’re looking for a contractor who shows up, follows through, and treats your project like it matters—you’re in the right place.

We had C&O replace our patio door around 2019 and were pleased with the work. Unfortunately, when…read morewe went in a few weeks ago, the salespeople were out to lunch. We left our information including measurements and were told someone would get back to us. Well, needless to say, I called today to verify why we weren't called and were told that the info was relayed to the salespeople and the excuse was, "...they've been working on a large commercial project." I said, ok, I guess we aren't important enough and that I would use someone else. Very disappointed in the overall quality of services/providers here in Pueblo. I don't know how many times I've set up appointments for estimates, given the job to the person/company and then get ghosted. Even upon reaching out two, three times to see if they're interested or not. Common courtesy is not that difficult. Just a to or text to the client to let them know so we don't waste our time waiting around. Guess I'll have to rely on Colorado Springs. UPDATE: I received a call and an apology for not getting back to us regarding a door we need. He told me they are short-staffed and was apologetic so I wanted readers to know they did finally reach out.
