While they were incredibly busy the day they worked on my vehicle, the still got it done well under the time frame they given me. As soon as we started truck in parking lot you could tell from engine noise that front windshield was not sealed properly. Drove one mile down US50 and returned truck to Safelite with obvious problems on windshield seal. The technician never came out to talk with us and said we had to make another appointment for warranty work. We are traveling from Michigan and could NOT come back later. Worst customer service experience I've ever experienced from any retail shop. Driving to Colorado Springs to have front windshield resealed. Would NEVER entrust Safelite - Pueblo to fix their own work. Worst part is auto glass technician never even came out of back garage to take a look at installation problem. It's like they knew it was problem without even taking a look at it.
