Justin called me about my experience, and said he'd make me a deal. I returned to the store for an explanation. Justin explained the website information and what was said on the phone. The website information is not clear--and they know that. Their system is a good example of a bait-and-switch scheme. They told me my Amp was unusable because of two missing screws so they made made me buy another amp and then told me my other amp was in protective mode and wasn't working which was untrue so they made me buy yet a second amp and then when they put my car back together they didn't put it back together I have 2 hours worth of work to do and then it's just a horrible experience all around I don't recommend this company read more

I wish I could a rate this place a zero. We had been scheduled for two weeks to get 3 dash cams and a stereo installed. They refused to install a dash can on my husband's cargo van. They said they couldn't climb over a letter to hang one wire. Wanted him to completely clear out his work van. They are lazy. They lost a sale more then 2,000 sale. Had a remote start installed on my car. Had some issues using it and when I called they had me bring the car in and checked it as soon as I arrived. There was a part that wasn't working correctly so they fixed it right then. I haven't had any issues since. I even purchased a remote start for my husbands truck and we have never had any problems! My alarm was improperly installed and Justin even failed at disarming the alarm. Got angry when I notified him that alarm was still activating and he stated he was tired of messing with my vehicle and wanted to "rip" my alarm out. Retrieved my keys from him quickly and left for good! Stay away from this place! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I took my car there to get an automatic starter put in the day after Christmas as it was a gift. They originally told me it would take 3 hours to install and it ended up taking 7. I live in Boulder so wasn't able to get out of town for close to 5 hours after I had originally planned. They had zero respect or courtesy for them telling me the wrong amount of time. On top of that no the car alarm goes off when I start the car using the device they installed! Took it back in this last Saturday explaining my problem they looked at it and said there was nothing wrong with it. The alarm has gone off 5 times since they said there was nothing wrong with it. It is to the point where I can't even use it anymore and my parents wasted several hundred dollars on a gift for me. Its almost as if they did it on purpose. DO NOT GO HERE! I will be writing a letter to the corporate office. Walked in and asked a question and he was so rude with his response. Wasn't even in the store 3 minutes and this is the customer service we got. I can't stress enough to stay away from this store. I can't imagine how the employees are if this is how we were treated by the store manager. So rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere, even if it more expensive it worth it to pay the money to not deal with the store manager Kevin. It's sad because he is the only person that helped us that day. I was never contacted by newegg of shipping problems and they even went as far as telling me that they had no idea what was going on and I should contact the shipper. I was also never contacted by drive in autosound by phone....I was never contacted by drive in except for when I would send a email message asking about my order. I was also told by drive in that the packages were lost by FedEx which is a completely different story than what you just told me. I purchased a remote start and stereo for my GMC truck....I walked in and Justin offered to help, I replied just looking, there was no pressure.... I asked for some information on one of their remote starts...Justin walked over very nice and knowledgeable and I told Justin what I was looking for and what I needed.... Justin gave me 3 options to choose from and answered all my question and concerns.... I purchased the middle priced remote start and not once did Justin try to up sale me on a higher priced unit...(I had gone to two other places in town and both tried to up sale me)....and same goes for the stereo... and installation was outstanding very professional job... kudos to the staff and installers great job ... and the service after the sale was also five star as well...now I plan on going back and getting my windows tinted on my truck....my brother is getting a stereo and speakers installed this week....
