I read the bad reviews and was honestly shocked. I'm about to take delivery of my 22nd new car I've…read moreowned, and they will be tinting it yet again. I've lived in multiple states, and have had many many many tint jobs completed. I've only ever been satisfied with two tint installers. One was in Minneapolis, and these guys. Now I'm not your average joe when it comes to cars. I'm extremely anal retentive, and a borderline prick about my vehicles. I always order them, I never let the detail departments prep it for delivery (I do that at home after delivery- don't want swirl marks), and I hand wash all my cars. I never let anyone eat or drink anything but clear liquids in them. I already said I'm a jerk. Lol. Now, every car of mine they've done (they are about to do my next new one), my car comes back clean, incredibly well done tint, and treated as though it was me doing the work. They also stand behind their product/installations. I can't say enough good about them. I've had other shops do cars of mine here in Colorado, and didn't have the same experience. 5 stars for this business is a certainty.

I was told…read moreto bring it in at 11 "to make sure the shop was cleared out to fit the truck in the shop" so they could tint it inside. The day before (Friday) it was to be done, Amy called me at 12:30 and left a message saying they were canceling the appointment because "the owner said it was going to be too cold." You guys literally made the appointment time for later in the day to make sure the shop was empty. She said to call back if I wanted to reschedule. I called back about 30 minutes later, and four more times throughout the rest of the day and left a message on the last call to call me back. Nobody ever returned the call. I'll be taking it back to Canon Auto tinting, he did an amazing job on my last truck and stuck with the Saturday appointment.

They got me in at 1430 and got me done the same day with great results. Ill update in a couple weeks with pictures and results. For now, A+ It truly was a pleasure doing business with good people at a fair price.

I would highly recommend choosing someone else when looking for window tint services…read more I had an appointment at 11:00 AM to have tint installed on my driver and passenger windows (just two windows), and I was told the job would take about an hour. When I returned at 2:30 PM, my vehicle was still sitting on the street and hadn't even been started. I asked Malachi for an update, and he claimed he was waiting on product to arrive--despite tint materials clearly being present on site. He then told me he needed another hour. When I came back around 3:45 PM, my car was in the garage but still not completed, with the windows just sprayed down. Again, I was told "30 more minutes." At that point, this had already taken up most of my day, and I live 40 minutes away, so I left to run errands and returned at 6:30 PM--only to find my vehicle still unfinished. What was most concerning was that he had his underage child completing the tint work while he sat outside visibly intoxicated. The child himself stated that his father was intoxicated. When I expressed frustration, he laughed, became confrontational, and used inappropriate language toward me. He then attempted to move my vehicle while under the influence. When I told him not to get into my car, he refused to let me move it myself and instead handed my keys to his child to move the vehicle, which raised serious safety concerns. The child was respectful and apologetic, which is something no child should have to do for a parent's behavior. This was an extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and unacceptable experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for tint services.
