Scheduled a semi to have the windows tinted a week and a half in advance on a Saturday. I was told to bring it in at 11 "to make sure the shop was cleared out to fit the truck in the shop" so they could tint it inside. The day before (Friday) it was to be done, Amy called me at 12:30 and left a message saying they were canceling the appointment because "the owner said it was going to be too cold." You guys literally made the appointment time for later in the day to make sure the shop was empty. She said to call back if I wanted to reschedule. I called back about 30 minutes later, and four more times throughout the rest of the day and left a message on the last call to call me back. Nobody ever returned the call. I'll be taking it back to Canon Auto tinting, he did an amazing job on my last truck and stuck with the Saturday appointment. read more

CAUTION & WARNING TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF PUEBLO COLORADO! I experienced the absolute worst business experience ever with the owner Amy who is totally UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, & most of all a very DISHONEST SCAM ARTIST AT WORK! I called on 8/22/23 was quoted for the least expensive tint material film installed on my vehicle on all windows including the sunroof at $350 excluding the windshield which I said I may get done at a later date if satisfied with the results. I set up an appointment for 9am the following Tuesday 8/29/23. Upon arrival to the business, I walked in and stood around the lobby for about 3 minutes with no response or anyone inside and I almost walked out and should've. Then Amy appears suddenly and is dumbfounded about our appointment set up a week earlier. The excuse was that it was never entered into their computer. She proceeded to apologize to save my business and I decided to oblige. She said there were at least 2 vehicles ahead of mine and that they take all day to complete so we scheduled a pick up date for Thursday and she said she would call me. At noon on 8-31-23 I was again handed excuses and apologized to and had to reschedule again for the next day on Friday the 31st. Friday's call to me was to tell me they still needed more time and that I could pick up my vehicle Saturday Sept. 1st when they open at 9. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, I was told they wanted to do one last inspection before payment and was waiting for my keys so that I could go inspect the job done which is always a standard with these tint shops. They are always proud of the work they've done and can't wait to show the customer. Unfortunately, I was not invited to my own vehicle by Amy and when I asked, she said the installer just had to remove all his tools and materials. Since I had NO opportunity to look at the results of the job, I started asking questions relating to bubbling/ warranty and com-legion status. Specifically, the sunroof which I am very particular about on all my vehicles. I was told there were no bubbles and that my sunroof was NOT tinted as agreed on. I questioned as to why, and she attempted to get another $50 bucks and MORE TIME on my vehicle to tint the sunroof now. I declined and said "You know, this is pathetic." I asked for them to either finish the job as agreed on or knock off $50 bucks. Neither option appealed to Amy so she instead just threatened to scrape all the tint off then. I said "If that's what you have to do over $50 bucks, then so be it. After that episode, I stormed out the door to alert Mom who drove me there what was going on. At this point, Mom said just pay them and let the Lord handle it, I said " OK if not the Lord, KARMA FOR SURE. We approached the business door together and had the Josh SLAM the DOOR in OUR FACE AND SAID HE WAS CALLING THE COPS ON ME! I waited for 30 minutes outside with no response to my phone calls and no Police contact whatsoever. I then decided to consult with my Father and initiate a police report just to obtain my vehicle back that was now being held hostage against my will and stayed there in their possession through the duration of Labor Day Weekend. Tuesday Sept. 1st, I was able to get a police escort to the business and ended up having to wait while they tried to humiliate me in front of the police by name calling, cussing, and lying about the whole situation. Amy now said I owe $1200 for the job now or they would scrape the tint off and I still would have to pay the $350. She forced me to pay cash in front of the police so I could not dispute the charge. Almost like common practice for them as I'm positive they have used this tactic in the past successfully. So that's what I was forced to do by these people is pay $350 cash for no results on the vehicle, stolen property, and attempted humiliation. I guarantee I will see these poor excuses in CIVIL COURT in the near future. MY RAY-BAN SUNGLASSES WERE STOLEN OUT OF MY VEHICLE AS WELL! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOLPE AND WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT LET THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS LURE YOU INTO THE SHOP LIKE IT DID ME - IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM TRAP AREA @ 2405 KACHINA DR. 81008. ABSOLUTELY THE MOST PATHETIC, SCAMMING, STEALING, LYING, NASTY BUSINESS OPERATION BARELY THRIVING HERE, I MAY END UP PULLING THE PLUG ON THIS RIP-OFF EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL! THEY HAVE HAD A HISTORY OF THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR BEFORE ACCORDING TO PREVIOUS YELP REVIEWS IN THE PAST AND IT IS NO SURPRISE. I read the bad reviews and was honestly shocked. I'm about to take delivery of my 22nd new car I've owned, and they will be tinting it yet again. I've lived in multiple states, and have had many many many tint jobs completed. I've only ever been satisfied with two tint installers. One was in Minneapolis, and these guys. Now I'm not your average joe when it comes to cars. I'm extremely anal retentive, and a borderline prick about my vehicles. I always order them, I never let the detail departments prep it for delivery (I do that at home after delivery- don't want swirl marks), and I hand wash all my cars. I never let anyone eat or drink anything but clear liquids in them. I already said I'm a jerk. Lol. Now, every car of mine they've done (they are about to do my next new one), my car comes back clean, incredibly well done tint, and treated as though it was me doing the work. They also stand behind their product/installations. I can't say enough good about them. I've had other shops do cars of mine here in Colorado, and didn't have the same experience. 5 stars for this business is a certainty. read more

Total unprofessional needed a fix done and they acted very put out like we dont have "errors" well not being in business long clearly shows that errros happen and be ready to handle them! Not kick a customer out and not fix the problem along with honesty! Handle it with professionalism! Not stating "i have the right to refuse you" but the point is a window had more bubbles then necessary can you fix it yes then pick uplease the car cause they said "its ready " but then you show up and they took all the tint off even though i explained just fix one window??! The best place in Pueblo for window tinting and clear bra fittings for vehicles. My husband and I have had several of our vehicles' windows tinted and this is by far the BEST place. The owners have A+ customer service and care about their customer's needs. They are very accommodating and guarantee their work. Jay performed the work to perfection. Nice seating areas are available if you would like to wait around. I listened in to their telephone calls with other customers while waiting for my vehicle to have work done, and Amy was very hospitable with her customers. I had a scheduled appointment through Spradley at 8:30am and was told that they knew I was on my way, I knocked on the front door as I assumed they were waiting for me, then walked around the building to see if there was an open garage that I needed to enter through. the man working came out banging on the window saying that they don't open till 9, which is understandable, till he told us to "Go Away", and did not practicing good customer service by opening the door and speaking with us, he ignored us trying to explain what we were told by Spradley, then he told my grandfather and I to "Fuck Off" and then flipped us off. ThIs man, who I am assuming is the owner, then blocked my number so could not call and speak to them about the incident. I have heard great things about them so I am extremely disappointed. As low class as their name suggests and quality of work show. They claim to be the best in Pueblo. Only if you're writing the story James. Maybe if you took the time to do the job right and back it up instead of responding to every bad review, you wouldn't have a bad review? I purchased a car at Southwest Motors- Jason Ward was the best- and as part of the deal they agreed to have my front windows tinted. I didn't have a choice as this is the place Southwest chose to do business with so I took it where I had to. I have had 6 cars tinted and have never experienced the sloppy workmanship I did with this place. I had grooves up the drivers side window and tons of dirt trapped under the tint on the passenger side. The tint applied did not match the rear and looked thin and cheap. I called 3 weeks after to ask if they would look at it since I was told they wouldn't look at anything prior. The woman who answered the phone got pretty defensive at first and then tried to tell me that the dealer was responsible for making sure the windows were cleaned prior to them tinting them. That was a new one- but to wait 4-5 weeks to see if the issues go away. I waited and had some service done at Southwest and was talking to Jason about the issues. He took a look and agreed it was not right. He actually went with me to see what they could do. This is where good ol' James showed his true colors. After looking at the issues he flopped but never owning the poor job but instead blaming the grooves on scratching on the glass really? Then when pressed about all the dirt on the passenger side he admitted that the job could have been done better but since Southwest pays them at a discount then it pretty much is what it is no upselling a customer if Southwest sends them and then you get a poorly trained tech to do your job? Nice! He told me to take it up with my salesman, "hey genius-he's the one next to me in the Southwest shirt." James told me and Jason that he had some techs that are better than others and they could get it perfect but he said I would have to pay around 70 more and that he would assign a better tech. Excuse me? I only spend 80 and get it done right the first time at Wicks. This guy speaks out of both sides of his mouth and refused to fix his sub par work. I will not spend another dime at this place and I would highly suggest you look elsewhere- Wicks in Pueblo West has always done right by me and will be fixing what James couldn't get right and then refused to own. I'm just so glad that my salesman was there to see James true colors. James you might have talked yourself into believing your the best but not being able to own and then make a job poorly done right for the customer proves otherwise. Update: took my car to Wicks as stated and came out flawless as always- thanks Jason! I just hope Southwest Motors has enough sense to quit sending their customers to SUYT as they truly do not deserve the business or appreciate the customer. Go to Wicks-Not here!! Ever!! read more

The first time I went I was satisfied with the tint, but not with the way they left their trash and tools in my car.I thought it was kinda sloppy. Also I had too call them to see if my car was done, they forgot to call me. I still went back shortly after that for more service. This time I didn't receive the tint I asked for and they got water on my radio screen/camera screen in my brand new car. A few days later my screen went out. When I confronted them about it they refused my service. Which was fine by me . All I wanted was a refund! But I didn't get that either. I give them 1 star. Very unprofessional very sloppy ! Customer service should be number 1. Your supposed to make it right so customers leave satisfied and always go back. At leased that's how it's supposed to be. They should have gave me a refund for the inconvenience and the damage they caused. I don't recommend this place to no one!! read more
