** DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE WRAPPED HERE!! **…read more Notice most of the reviews are from 2 years ago? There's a reason why this place has an empty parking lot and when you go inside there are no vehicles being wrapped. They use unskilled wrap techs and train them on customer vehicles. I mean they have to, there's no other explanation as to why the wrap they put on my car was so poorly done. Not just once, but TWICE! I returned my vehicle after I noticed they cut the wrap along the headlights with a dull blade. Why? Because "We don't remove bumpers" ... but they'll remove the spoiler, door handles, and mirrors? The bumper HAS to come off to access the headlights and Mitsubishi has made it quite easy to remove the front bumper. It has to take more effort to remove the mirrors and door handles. Really have no idea why they thought for $4k it was acceptable to use a dull blade and cut along the headlights with white wrap on a red car. The second attempt to fix that issue only made things worse. It looks like they removed the wrap, re-positioned it about an inch higher and then used excessive heat and over stretched it to cover the gap since the fog light area was already cut. They did exactly the same for the hood vents. Instead of removing the vents they just stuck the blade inside the seam and cut. There was also backing paper stuffed inside the inner wheel well. Just more laziness of the wrap installers and shows they have no respect for the customer's vehicle. They also can't weed graphics or even cut them properly. They left material inside the letters on a gray background and were far too lazy to cut excess material from another. Leaving a white strip of material on a black background? Why? It can't take more than a minute to trim it properly. Don't expect any kind of customer service here either. They charge everyone a $750 cancellation fee. I'm sure this fee is just there so that if you find out later what a terrible shop they really are you're less likely to cancel, but $750 is a lot cheaper than having to have the vehicle re-wrapped at another shop. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I have given them so many chances to make things right and they just fail every single time. They're defensive and try to blame the customer or their vehicle for their own mistakes and low skilled workers. Instead of apologizing (which they haven't done once) they try to hide behind the makers of the wrap material or a lawyer. When a customer complains and the first thing they do is say their attorney is going to handle it instead of trying to fix a mistake they made; that right there shows you the true integrity of the company. If you want a high quality wrap job you're better off going to Auto Film Solutions.

Ryan was vey courteous and professional, as well as providing me with excellent service…read more I had a few graphics done by him on my .dodge challenger. The price was resonable and 3 years later, looks like new
