I reached out to Pro Auto Spa to have my wheels repaired and refinished. My wheels are hyper silver which is extremely difficult to do right. Watching YouTube, I was connected with Pro Auto Spa. I reached out via text and they were extremely helpful in providing other options, as they don't do full wheel refinishing in hyper silver finishes. The follow up was excellent and if I were local, I would not hesitate to have Pro Auto Spa repair and refinish my wheels with the recommended power coat color. read more

Over 100 bucks for a hand wash, this shop taxing, I own a shop myself we charge 50 tops and we're 5 stars on Yelp I have no clue how they have 5 star with taxing a customer on a simple hand wash. I know this industry and they are charging too much!!! All you do is degreaser the wheels then acid em and rolled, an foam cannon an a wash an dry. No more then 50-60 tops, lowers you hand wash prices to get more customers in, I know this, it's all bout your our customers and being fair not taking advantage of people. went to pro auto spa to get some powder coating done. The co owner/ CEO Joanna told me she had not done any ATV frames so she didn't know what to charge. Joanna came up with a price then added more to it even though I was providing the powder coat. I went online that evening and found the U.S. powder coat price guide and found the price was $250 and that was with them providing the coating. The next day took this complete list to Joanna showed her that it was a complete list of all things powder coated price guide. I was thanked for it. I then asked if we could adjust the price I was charged very high almost double. Joanna told me we could discuss it when the job was done. I went home and thought about it and it did not resonate well with me. Went back the next day and started to talk about the price and was told that they didn't do price matching. I reminded Joanna that it was not price matching it was the U.S. powder coat price guide . Needless to say it was a very unpleasant experience. When I informed her that I was going to cancel the job and take it to another shop Joanna informed me that she was going to charge me $300 for putting it through the dip tank trying to rip me off. After I disagreed with that I was charged $100 for the 2 hrs of being in the dip tank. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE CEO. read more

I have a very good eye for detail as I used to work and inspect vehicle parts and paint integrity. You cannot tell that I have Mylar on my hood. There are zero bubbles anywhere. I am on attempt number 3 to get something repaired they broke when fixing my truck. 25 minutes to their shop from where I live and 2 trips of my time wasted. After one mess up you'd expect a little ownership in making sure your time was respected the second time. Usually you would check the part before telling you to show up again. Hopefully attempt #3 goes better or I guess I'll just buy it myself and replace it. I realize things happen but when I was a service advisor I'd never call a customer without checking the correct part was in my hand first. read more

In the end I'm satisfied. Was getting my truck ready to sell so wanted to get it looking a little better. To remove around eight 1" to 2" dings in different places, and a 4" dent in my tailgate, I was quoted $1,500 to my dismay since I was not planning on spending more than $500 for this stuff. After some hemming and hawing on my part, some mention of "discounts" came up. I was then handed off to a different person who added a buff job, interior detailing, headlight clarification, and engine compartment wash and we agreed on $800 for all of it. A week after the work was done I felt that the tailgate dent removal was not good enough and they agreed to work on it some more and it looks great now. This was after they had been paid so I give them a lot of credit for going that extra mile when some shops probably would not. Never had PDR done before and don't get that other stuff done very often. I feel like I got a fair deal but it seems like if I didn't negotiate for it I could have easily let go of a lot more than I did. Maybe I got a fantastic deal but a part of me would like the best price first and avoid going through all of that. The place was clean and neat, everyone was very friendly and decent, and they have a shuttle service which I really appreciated. read more

I do not recommend this company. I have had the worst experience a person can have. I have two vehicles that have hail damage. I dropped my Dodge Durango off to them to get it repaired first. My vehicle sat on their lot for almost 40 days before my wife drove by and noticed it was still sitting in the parking lot. I called and told them I would be coming to get my vehicle and take it somewhere else and needed the insurance check returned. The lady said our service guy would be in on Monday; he was out for COVID, and she would have him call me. This was on a Friday, and they then went and took my vehicle, took it into the shop, and started working on it over the weekend, so I couldn't take it. Fast forward a few weeks, and they say come get the aid vehicle. When I get there, they tell me they couldn't finish the job because they couldn't get the hood or roof as there was a part shortage, so they said take the vehicle, and when the parts come in, we will call you. So we pick up the vehicle. We drop the other check off to them for the damage to my wife's car. They tell us they will order all her parts, and when they come in, they will then get her car and fix it. So she isn't out her car like I was. Mind you, between the two, I think we have over $20,000 in checks that were issued from insurance. Fast forward several weeks later, and my wife calls them and asks if her parts are in. The lady said, No, we didn't order your parts because we need you to sign the check so we can cash it. My wife called insurance and said they want me to sign a check over to be cashed without work being done. Insurance said no, do not do that, so wife tells them sorry, can't do that. They end up firing this lady for a bunch of stuff she was doing wrong, and another lady said they would order the parts. almost six weeks, as of yesterday. I was going to call, and they called me, and the new lady says, Hey, we have your window guards in, and you can stop it and get them installed. I asked where my hood and roof were. She said, I don't know anything about that; let me call you back. I also asked if the parts were in my wife's car. She said I'd check on that also. She called back and said no, we didn't order her parts because you didn't sign the check and pay us up front for her stuff. They then proceed to tell me they're also not going to finish the job on my vehicle until I sign the check on it. I said I wasn't going to do that, and if they can't finish the job, they need to reimburse us the amount of money for work not done, and we will go somewhere else. She says she'll talk to the owners and call you back. She calls back and says the owners refuse to finish the work unless you pay for it in advance. They said you can take $7,000 and go somewhere else. Again, they want to be paid in advance for the work they did not do. I called insurance again today, and they said no, they get paid when they are done and do not sign the checks. I called around to several body shops, and all of them said we take the checks up front so we know we have the money and so we can submit supplements as needed. We do not have clients sign the checks until the work is done. No one pays for work before it's done. So they are now refusing to finish the job because they want money paid up front. This company has wasted almost three months of mine and my wife's time. Bad customer service, bad business practices and bad people. Do not recommend this company. They should let you give 5 negative stars. read more

When my new car got a door/shopping cart ding, I was devastated. It wasn't just a dent but an almost "L" shaped crease with marks/scratches I wasn't sure were going to come out. I googled multiple paintless dent repair shops and read the reviews, both good and bad. I dropped in and requested an estimate which I think was a fair amount, given the skill and expertise. They were able to get me in the same day and gave me a ride back to work. Due to the location and the marks of the dent, I thought for sure I'd be able to pinpoint where it was but I was pleasantly shocked that I couldn't find anything left behind. My car looks brand new again. Everyone there was professional and friendly. I'd definitely take my car back there and recommend their services. With the attention to detail provided on my dent repair, I'm sure they provide that same attention to detail with the other services they provide. read more

Set up a window tint for the partner to include tint. spec and darkness. She arrived and was upsold to a more expensive tint and matched the rear windows which was a fair amount darker than we wanted or was safe for the partner to see out of. We called back about it after a couple of close calls with driving at night and she said they would remove it for "no charge" and other than that, I'm sorry for your luck. The tint was overpriced, the upselling a service ticket that was already spec'd out and the lack of customer service should send you FAR away from this place. I will say the quality of work was great from the techs. I just wish the inside support staff was as professional. read more

We have a Hyper blue STI that needed a clear bra and window tinting. Ryan and his crew did an outstanding job. The tint really makes the blue color pop. The clear bra isn't noticeable just as Ryan said! They also noticed some circles in the paint from the dealer and were able to buff those out for us. It was a brand new car and they treated her like a baby. I would highly recommend Ryan and his staff to anyone needing or wanting any work done on there cars! I heard a thump on the rear of my car as I was driving on I-25. Upon inspection, I was just sick (among other emotions!) when I saw a rock dent and scratched paint on the trunk lid of my 2015 Mercedes Benz C300. I called Ding Magic and set an appointment for an estimate. Debbie, the Office Manager, provided the estimate. Debbie was very courteous, efficient and knew exactly what was needed, explained how they would do it and the cost. I felt very confident in this business as I left the appointment. Upon picking up the car, the repair was flawless! They also buffed out an abrasion that I had on the tailight. That repair was flawless as well. We bought a new car out of state to save money, but when we arrived to pick it up, discovered it was absolutely filthy inside. We hardly wanted to touch anything, every surface had embedded grime, deep stains and stickiness. I think the owners, who had the car for 10 years, maybe had NEVER cleaned it, and obviously spilled every soda and coffee they had in the car. When we got back into town, we looked up auto detailing centers to find one that boasted about cleaning every single nook and cranny. Pro Auto Spa promises -- and they deliver. Even though they needed an extra half day to get all the tough upholstery and carpet stains out, they were committed to getting it as close to showroom clean as possible, which is what we wanted. They kept us informed how it was going through texts and phone calls. We picked it up at noon the next day and it was like a completely different car. They did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend them to those with the absolute most challenging interior cleaning jobs. read more

Its hard to find a company that does good work but even harder to find one that takes pride in the work they do, Joanna and Ryan have been awsome, I have had two cars repaired by them and couldnt ask for better people to work with, and Debbie is so sweet and on top of her stuff shes a nice lady. Nothing magical about Ding Magic. Let me start by saying Debra in the front office is very sweet and really tried, however, the unexperienced staff performing the "repairs" are careless, take no pride in their workmanship, and caused more damage to my vehicle. I took my vehicle to the shop on Garden of The Gods Road, It took them a little over 2 weeks, I was told 1. When they removed the rear hatch from my vehicle the bumper was damaged with severe gouges and scratches. The headliner was removed and not put back in place. When the headliner was removed the technician did not know what they were doing, there are gouges and scrapes all along the upper interior of the vehicle. Many clips are broken and it just doesn't fit like it used to prior to Ding Magic working on my only 2 year old vehicle. The rear hatch defrost button and side mirror defrost button was not reconnected properly. The interior dome light fell out of the original assembly due to broken clips and now just hangs there until I can get it fixed by the dealer. They were paid to replace all 4 side window deflectors, they replaced 2 of them and they don't match the original two. They were kind enough to leave the other 2 in the back seat for me to replace I guess.. they should have done all 4 to match. Ding Magic offered to replace my bumper and take a look at the dome light, but I'll tell ya... I would rather pay for the dome light repair by the dealer instead of ever having one of their "technicians" lay another finger on my vehicle. As far as the bumper - there are too many clips and the level of concern for the quality and care of my vehicle is too high to have them do any more work on my vehicle. Why would I trust them to not cause more damage while repairing these issues. It should have been handled right the 1st time. The lack of care and pride in their workmanship was another devastating blow on top of the already hard to deal with hail storms in Colorado Springs. read more
