After waiting almost 5 hours for them to tint my 2021 Kia, they finally said my vehicle was done. Come out to all the tint still covered in some sort of soapy water. Get home and notice all the tint is bubbling and peeling!! Had to remove it all myself. After removal, I uncovered hundreds of scratches left from a razor blade all over my driver side window. Car is 3 months old from the dealer, there were zero scratches to the glass before Brian and his inexperienced staff got their hands on it. He has since refused to take any ownership over the damage and has refused to do anything. Will be reporting to BBB. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY!!!
