The price is reasonable and they got stains out of my seats and made my interior look and smell like a new car. The car looked good inside and out. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is for 2 reasons. The first was the water steaks running down the doors from the mirrors. It was a 2 second fix that I should not have had to do. Maybe I'm a perfectionist, but when you pay someone to do your car better than you can do, then it should be completed where you don't have to fix anything. The second reason is because after they were done with the detail, my airbag light was on. They said it should reset on its own after a few days. If not, then bring it by and they fix it. Well, they weren't able to fix it, so I had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. They paid for the repair, so you may ask yourself why not give them 5 stars? The hassle of wasting my time on something that I didn't break is the reason. 5 star service to me is when everything is perfect. The 4 star service didn't stop me from tipping them 20%. I'll give them another chance to earn a 5 star rating at a later date.
