I spent $3,000 at other local Pueblo car dealership for multiple issues and I was finally referred to T's by a family member and I spent less than $700 and my car was fixed. So after dropping almost $500 at Ts I had pay more than that for the actual problem to get fixed. I would highly recommend choosing someone else when looking for window tint services…read more I had an appointment at 11:00 AM to have tint installed on my driver and passenger windows (just two windows), and I was told the job would take about an hour. When I returned at 2:30 PM, my vehicle was still sitting on the street and hadn't even been started. I asked Malachi for an update, and he claimed he was waiting on product to arrive--despite tint materials clearly being present on site. He then told me he needed another hour. When I came back around 3:45 PM, my car was in the garage but still not completed, with the windows just sprayed down. Again, I was told "30 more minutes." At that point, this had already taken up most of my day, and I live 40 minutes away, so I left to run errands and returned at 6:30 PM--only to find my vehicle still unfinished. What was most concerning was that he had his underage child completing the tint work while he sat outside visibly intoxicated. The child himself stated that his father was intoxicated. When I expressed frustration, he laughed, became confrontational, and used inappropriate language toward me. He then attempted to move my vehicle while under the influence. When I told him not to get into my car, he refused to let me move it myself and instead handed my keys to his child to move the vehicle, which raised serious safety concerns. The child was respectful and apologetic, which is something no child should have to do for a parent's behavior. This was an extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and unacceptable experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for tint services.
