My first experience was with Jerimy who not only was a cool dude, but he came across very genuine and caring and answered all my questions without making me feel like he had better things to do. When I picked up my truck I met Jerimy's dad and I could immediately tell that the customer service comes from the top. The workmanship of my seat was awesome and all within hours of dropping it off.
