Did a nice job recovering my front seat. Stitching is oerfect and the padding they used is perfect.

I took my car to Timberline to have the upholstery on the driver's side seat repaired. I own a 2017 Subaru Outback and Subarus are notorious for using substandard vinyl on their seats. The side was quite roughed up but Timberline took the damaged pieces out and replaced the part that was bad and they did it in a matter of hours. I dropped my car off at 8 a.m. and picked it up at 4 p.m. that same day. It looks great...like new. And the cost was very reasonable. A friend referred me to Timberline and I am so glad they did! I took my 1966 Fairlane to Timberline for a headliner install and the seats recovered back in around 2004. I had bought a headliner with the intention of installing it myself but decided it was not a job for me. They used the headliner that I had bought several months prior even though it was not the right one for my car (it was for a bigger Fairlane?) they made it fit and look great. They helped me pick out the fabric for the seats and they turned out great also. The headliner and seats still look good 20 years later. Their price was competitive and fair. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them and will use them again. read more

I took my BMW M Sport 5 series to Jerimy to have some additional padding put into the front seat. It was an incredibly complex job that they took on without hesitation. I have a 2005 Acura MDX with over 230,000 miles and it still runs great. Both front seats had developed tears in the perforated area and it looked terrible. I had had the seats repaired several years ago but the repairs didn't last. I took the car to Timberline and they did a fantastic job. The front seats almost look like new and I couldn't be happier. I figure that with a little touch up and a little paint, this old girl still has another 100,000 miles left in her. Can't recommend Timberline high enough. read more

I've never needed an upholstery shop but when my leather seat in my truck became so worn I had to get it fixed. I was recommended by my friend to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did. First of all the price was really reasonable and second the service was second to none! My first experience was with Jerimy who not only was a cool dude, but he came across very genuine and caring and answered all my questions without making me feel like he had better things to do. When I picked up my truck I met Jerimy's dad and I could immediately tell that the customer service comes from the top. The workmanship of my seat was awesome and all within hours of dropping it off. As I walked through the shop, I could see the other staff working and as I saw them I could just tell they were happy and took pride in what they do. I haven't been in need for an upholstery shop before but if I ever do, I know I'm coming back. I give the team at Timberline my highest recommendation, they do great work and even the shop dogs are super friendly. My dad's '97 Chevy Suburban had serious rips in the front Capitan's seats so he stopped by to get a quote in March. When he finally took it to them in December (delayed because of COVID) they honored that quote, and did a spectacular job! They had to order the leather but it arrived within a couple days and it was a perfect match. They kept him updated throughout the process and made sure everything was good before proceeding. The front seats in my 2007 Range Rover were completely shot. Badly discolored and worn. Tom and Jeremy at Timberline replaced the leather and the results are nothing short of amazing! The color (ivory), stitching work, and leather quality are a perfect match to the original. They even spent extra time rebuilding the foam underlays and the seats are now super soft and cushy (probably better than when new)! Worst company ever, especially the girl on the phone, kim or something. I just wanted 3 round pieces of wood for some bar stools, 17" and some foam well the foam got cut right but I got square seats, WTF. And when I called back they wanted to charge me full price to just make them round!!! Never use this company!!!! read more

This guy told me I didn't have enough money for him to do my work...Who do you think you are!?!?...Just do what I asked of you and I will pay the bill Dillhole. He said he has been around for 30 years, with that customer service I can't see how, minus you charge $900 for a pair of bucket seats. read more

They did a great and fast job replacing the vinyl on my center console armrest with leather. Bob and the staff were very friendly and easy to work with. He quoted three days and was done in one. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than getting a new vinyl one from the dealership. I definitely will use them again. read more
