I had such a great experience this past weekend at BMW of Denver Downtown. The whole team was…read moreprofessional, efficient, and easy to work with, which made a big difference. Shy was honestly amazing--she was kind, genuine, and never made me feel pressured at any point. She made the entire process feel smooth and actually enjoyable, which is not something I usually associate with buying a car. You can tell she really cares about her customers, and it shows. She's a huge asset to the team. I'll definitely be recommending Shy to anyone I know who's looking to buy a BMW.

Our experience. If you are looking to buy a used vehicle you…read moreprobably should read this. Here was our experience at BMW of Denver Downtown Colorado. We purchased a 2016 BMW with 82,536 miles on it , sales person (Anthony Salazar). Upon purchased we asked every question possible about the vehicle ( car fax) ( Inspection) we purchased , Including asking more than 5 times about the brakes and rotors since we had just replaced ours on our X4 M we didn't want to have to do it on a vehicle we were purchasing and Anthony told us the car is a Certified Inspected BMW, and they inspect everything , even going as far and getting a print out claiming the brakes and rotors we fine. ( We also have that paper , you be the judge on the pictures) ( This is why we asked for the rotors and parts back when they were done so we could prove our statement). Now understand all this that we are exposing is right after we purchased the car , So we brought the car to there service department and they inspected the brakes and rotors and (Funny)said the rotors and brake pads need replaced . "Front rotors Corroded and deep pitting" Requiring attention , Estimate $1,501.88 ok so really no choice but talked to our advisor and she said she talk to the manager and he said nothing we can do , so i asked her to have him call me . He said he would take off labor cost if we could just pay for the parts, ok sounded like that's all they were willing to do and also thinking well labor is usually way more than parts NOPE. We went to pay and apparently labor wayyy cheaper than parts because it was only a couple hundred dollars off. Oh It gets better , also in our inspection of the brakes they informed us the struts and shocks front and back were toast, Leaking etc, meaning needing to be replaced asap , remember we hadn't even put hardly any miles on it , so total they wanted and extra $5,185.02 to replace those ,( pictures also included) I thought the vehicle was inspected? BMW Certified inspection??, Really starting to wonder about the inspection they do. I mean this is why most people buy used from a dealership vs and individual so they have the feeling of getting a vehicle that isn't busted up or needing more work than what the vehicle is worth . I get its used but i don't believe they didn't see or know these issues if it was inspected. And of course we could have taken it to a shop and had it inspected on a test drive right? Probably not , you aren't even allowed to test drive a car without the sales person with you let alone find a mechanic that has no business and the time to check it out right then and there. Oh and we were only allowed to test drive the vehicle in a circle a few blocks away that's it ( they have there own route you use) . Maybe that should have told us something and we should have walked away but we didn't so we want to make sure when you are buying a used BMW from BMW of Denver you don't get blind sided like we did.
