They have actual arborists on staff that can provide a lot of information as well. Every estimate we've had with them has been very insightful and we never felt rushed or like they were upselling us. We had one issue with our first tree replacement that died pretty quickly after they planted it. But that was really because I wanted a particular tree that didn't bode well in full sun. Affordable tree service then suggested a better tree for the area and that we wait until after the summer months to plant it so that it had a better chance to survive. I posted images of the 14ft queen palm we needed removed, and at first I was skeptical as it seemed every other quote was double, triple or quadruple that of Treepro's. My suspicion is that the other companies didn't pay attention to the specs on my tree and assumed it was some massive fan palm. They kept giving me separate quotes for clear-cutting it with add-on costs for stump removal. Treepro did it all for one price and their service was professional and thorough. Communication: After leaving Yelp, all communications with Ron was via text, which was very convenient! He was super responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment for about a week out. Date of Service: A team of 4-5 arrived to my house within the projected time window. They were very friendly and respectful to my property. They had to engage in a feat of acrobatics to remove the tree which was in a tight spot between the pool and the backwall, but they did it in about 20 minutes and took measures to ensure no dirt or debris got into the pool. They refused to come back and put it in the ground without an exorbitant charge. You call them ad nauseam without a reply. They over charge for work not done, done poorly, and they don't keep their word. My sister is elderly, but she used them before her stroke. I asked them to call me and don't speak to her. They talk to her, upset her and leaves her in tears. Their work is disgraceful and so are they.
