Don't believe a word this man has to say. He is not a man of his word. He wouldn't even consider coming just once to do what he had promised until I could find someone else. The next day, the man came over and was working on the yard when we left. The next thing I know he had disappeared before finishing. Steve came over the next day and was working in the yard. He explained that the man had quit. However, he realized the obligation he had made so he planned to come evenings and afternoons until the job was done. Well, not only was the job done quickly, it was done expertly. I was very happy with the results. So, now he will be coming twice a month to maintain, check the water lines, and do what needs to be done. I am suitable impressed with his work ethic as well as his work!

The next day, first thing in the morning, I was contacted via phone and the owner of the company would arrive at our house to give us an estimate for repair this afternoon. Michael the company's owner, arrived and looked at the valve and gave me the estimate with a 1-year warranty on workmanship. I asked for estimates with other companies, Water Whitchers Lawn & Sprinkler Repair Company's estimate was reasonable and offered a better warranty, so we decided to go with them. A couple days later Michael the company's owner came by and did the replacement himself. It took Michael less than half an hour to complete the replacement. He replaced, our system with a brand-new solenoid valve, filter and pressure regulator. I waited several days to make sure the valve and fittings did not leak and it was perfect, no leaks. Michael was awesome, he was very knowledgeable, very professional, personable, down to earth and he answered all of my questions and he actually adjusted my Rainbird system to make it run more efficiently. We are happy with Water Whitchers Lawn & Sprinkler Repair Company service; Michael is our go to guy for any and all repairs and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

It seemed outrageous after already paying them $180 for a temporary repair. Searching Yelp and reading reviews on Irrigation Solutions I decided to pay the $100 dignostic fee and had a top technian "Chris" who came out to look at the situation. It turns out that I didn't need (i) a new manifold, (ii) installation of two rainbird adjustable valves with filters, (iii) a PUB with insullation and tape, (iv) a new main line sch-40 pipe, or (v) to have the lines flused for air and debris. Chris carefully assedd my needs and solved my problems with a new Hunter Control Box, solenoid, and refreshed wiring. Total cost with the diagnostics, $300. Chris was terriffic, his diagnostic and repair skills are second to none. Bravo Chris! Richard Hoping my $400 water bill will go down.
