I called back from a different number the next day and a woman answered and said they did not show up because they were not paid. My experience with paying people is that they would need to come out and perform the work before this happens, so the confusion only adds up. They only seem interested in big pay days, and if you need a basic repair, they will not show up or even notify you. Oh yeah, and then they blame you because they have challenges showing up on time. Chris will come across like a "nice guy from Utah, running a family business", but please don't be fooled. If they don't want to show up, they won't. I reall like supporting small businesses, but this one doesn't care about wasting your time. Please avoid at all costs. See picture below of the photos I texted to them a few weeks back, my question about why they never showed up, and that they NEVER RESPONDED back, as I already mentioned. Sorry, they're lying.
