He wrote up the bid and sent it over and we approved it. He then wrote up the plan and got the county permits. I called Jorge, he asked me how I knew it was them; maybe my piping had "cheap glue"!! I insisted water was coming from where they dug, he got visibly annoyed and said I was being "defensive"!! Jorge said the job would take 5 days to complete. The Universe Landscape and Design team finished the job in 3 days!!!
