She is not someone that should be talking to customers. She definitely hates her job and takes everything personally. I've never been treated so rudely in all of my life when rent a storage unit. Even the very first day I started my contract she seemed to have problems with wanting to explain anything to me without getting upset. Yes im the type of person that doesn't read or remember all of the fine details of a contract. Or know the ins and outs of renting. But if ask a question and im a little bit shocked about the contract the first response from the worker should not be ripping me a new one for asking questions and not understanding them fully. They have misleading signs that say they don't raise the rent but they do it's just worded in a way to get you hooked. And when if you ask any question about anything she comes unglued. Only reason I rented from them in the first place is because it was a good location for me and cheap. And now i know why.

On 9/18/2019 I was at the location until almost close. I was attacked by a dog that was owned by a homeless couple living in CubeSmart. I was assured that it would never happen again and that that couple was thrown out. To my surprise I saw the male half of the couple this week, today is 1/17/2020. I was told that a family member of theirs put the unit in their name and that there is nothing that CubeSmart can do to keep them out. The bathroom is almost always locked at this location. I run an online business out of my unit and I am there for several hours a day. One of the selling points is that there is a bathroom there for customers to use and I was told that is left unlocked during business hours. Shortly after I started renting the bathroom has been locked nearly everyday. I have asked the staff and their excuse is that the bathroom gets messed up by the customers. I know of three different units being (or formerly) rented by homeless people. Maybe if they enforced the contract this wouldn't be an issue. Last Saturday when I pulled up to CubeSmart there was a UHaul truck blocking three of the four parking spots. This group was using all of the seven carts provided by this location. I tried to say something to the office. Reggie was in the office with her feet kicked up on a desk and she was talking on her cell phone. She looked at me but didn't otherwise acknowledge me. I have called customer service on four occasions in the past week. Neither Todd the District Manager nor David the Senior VP have returned my calls to resolve these issue. My advice, stay clear of this location.

Great security system, great lighting, and on-premise management that lives on site. Second, the pricing is reasonable. If you find a better price they will match it and they are forever running specials to be competitive and keep the place full. My favorite thing is how accommodating they are. Need power? They find a unit close to an outlet. Need better access? They find a unit you can back a trailer to. Need a truck? They have a box truck they loan out for free to storage customers. It's more than just a shed.

Made signing effortless. Contract includes line item initialing that was succinct, simple, clear and fast. Lon allowed oud us to get started before contracts were signed; he walked the contract to where we were working instead of having me take any of my time in an office where I couldn't answer questions of the multiple movers. his walk was from one far end of the property to the other and him doing so was 'top- tier. 26ft truck was easily maneuverable via the spacious drive areas. Feeling like a new friend; illustrated over and again, beginning phone call to closing texts. He cared about every aspect of my move and my non-storage inquiries. Paying my bill to this owner/operator is a pleasure. Working together feels as if a business "partnership" through common storage/moving goals. One night I needed after hours support and Lon arranged for Patrick to arrived and pleasantly assist. Every aspect of business here is an absolute jewel. Lon cares (above and beyond) in every phone call (once when closed he sent aide), every meeting (walked paperwork from one end of property to the other), explained regular treatment of property for rodents ~ why contract lists not storing food. Never authoritarian always same goals. I have stored in multiple states, indoor & outdoor entry. EWS is top-notch in cleanliness, sound structures, CUSTOMER service, huge peace-of-mind.

Wouldn't let me talk so I immediately went and cleaned out my unit as he threatened to lock my unit up until I paid. I wasn't late either. And the facility only has someone on the property maybe two days a week. That should have been my first clue. Luckily I'm moving out of Utah soon.
