Then, one of the three guys needs to leave for an hour to get moving aids. (You'd think a moving truck would carry those things on board.) 6 hours/three guys, they moved half of a 3 bedroom home. They said they'd come back the next morning to finish. Again, over an hour late. (Now working on two hours...) Had to hire another mover as I have to be out of the house. The guy's response was, my guys are tired. Don't take a job if you're incapable of doing it. I should have done more research. Apparently they are notorious for this. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

My friend is moving, so we were shopping around for storage units for him. We told Trent that we were going to scope out another storage space with a different place (Extra Space), and he was honest with us when he said that if he couldn't choose Cubes, he'd choose Extra Space. I personally thought it was very respectable of him to not dismiss the competition, and that it was a fantastic show of integrity. Despite Extra Space being cheaper, my friend and I decided that the advantages of Cubes couldn't be overlooked from the covered loading area to the wide lanes. However, the most important difference was by far the customer service. I can't emphasize enough how chill and easy it was to have Trent helping us. We came back to Cubes the same day, so my friend could reserve his unit.
