I've had PT a couple of times before in a different state and Rebound was the best. The atmosphere is congenial, light and professional and educational. My recovery was great and my knee is doing well a year post op. I've referred a couple of friends to Rebound and would go back there again without hesitation if I needed PT again. I repeated asked mul times a day for some warmer clothes as I was freezing. you are only given one blanket. Ms. Misha gave me a second blanket to try to warm up but the unit was soooo cold and you couldn't take blankets into the rec area. On Monday the nurse yelled at me to "cover my legs " as shorts were not permitted. I was given paper scrubs that fell down over my behind. Other gender neutral people were still permitted to just wear shorts!! On Tuesday (5 days in facility) a BHA offered me a size 20 pair of pants, 5x pair of pants and 3x and 2x pair of pants. I asked him his waste size and added 10 to his number then asked "Could you wear tho pants without a belt?" he responded negatively. The people leading the groups were fantastic! however bring warm clothing and expect not to sleep as they constantly wake you up to ask you to show your bracelet.

Spenser evaluated my issues and found that my right leg was shorter than the other as well as identifying the possible causes of my pain. Over the course of 6 weeks six both Spenser and Alex provided physical therapy exercises and within a very short period of time my endurance and gait improved significantly and my hip, knee and ankle pain improved significantly. I also have experienced great results from the at-home exercises. I will be discharged tomorrow, 8/13/26 and couldn't be happier with my results. Having fallen several times, with and without my walker, I have been in and out of physical therapy for the past fourteen years. I have a total lumbar fusion, two total knee replacements, an index finger surgery in which I nearly lost it, three abdominal surgeries, and am obese. Since moving to Littleton, CO, from Wisconsin in 2024, I have been on continuous oxygen therapy 24/7 for COPD. Additionally, I have neuropathy in both feet and lymphedema, and I underwent vascular surgery on both legs within the past year. I use tactile compression boots on my legs and feet daily and often wrap them with Ace bandages. The therapists here are brilliant! I am very impressed with their knowledge and skills, and my primary care doctor is equally pleased with their practice. I had Rebecca and Tom for most of the first fifteen months. Tom consistently monitored my oxygen levels because I wasn't on oxygen therapy until he diagnosed that I needed it. My oxygen levels stayed at 80-83 for a few sessions, and I began feeling weak and faint. He told me I needed my doctor to check me and prescribe oxygen so I could raise my level above 90. I am very grateful to him because my previous primary care doctor was less than satisfactory. I made an appointment with a pulmonologist at the National Jewish Health Center in Denver, where I was sent home with an oxygen canister the same day. Shortly after, I found a new primary care doctor. I returned after a couple of weeks and continued my sessions with Tom and a student field experience associate for a few months. After a five-month break, I have returned to Functional Performance and am starting to focus on my back and legs. Tom is no longer at this location, so I have seen Rebecca and Alex. Rebecca reassessed me and assigned me to Alex for the coming weeks. He did an excellent job warming up my back muscles and legs. Then, he guided me through the exercises Rebecca had assigned on my first day back. I am keeping a daily workout log and sending it to my daughter via SMS to stay motivated. Peak PT is just an unbelievable knowlegeable and compassionate group. This review pertains to the Hale Parkway location. I again had shoulder pain 4 weeks after a cortisone shot rendered me pain free. Dr. Parker, my orthopedic, gave me the option of one more cortisone shot and then surgery-- or PT. When I started, I was barely swimming 50 m freestyle as my shoulder could not withstand impingement after my surgery of 8 years ago. A combination of 20 min massages by Steve, combined with some needling (Jennifer) and cupping plus creative bands and balance workouts crafted by Beth, Aaron, Connor, and Taylor, all of whom devised exercises to not only strengthen my shoulder but also to work on balance. Not only have I increased my swimming from barely 1000 m to 2000 m+; I can also now just hop up onto the starter blocks -- no wobble just solid footing--strong starts (gone the fear of DQ from perhaps falling in!). I worked with this group for 4 months - twice a week - the result was just outstanding. Not only was the PT effective, but so much fun -- I really miss PT --how many reviews state that! Back to swimming - just a dream to be back swimming freestyle and butterfly pain free! I find my quality of care to be exceptional and the therapists really care about my progress. This is my first real experience with physical therapy and I'm happy with the results. I highly recommend Vik (Vikram Prathap) at the Fitness Lab. I am an 87 year old who had been…read morelimited in activity due to a "pinched nerve" in the back. When I did something that set off the condition, I would be in intense pain and would literally go to bed until it eased. I went to Vik for physical therapy. In the beginning, it was touchy and we found some movements I needed to avoid. He was always very focused on what was happening with my body and found the exercises that did build the strength in the back. I built strength with things like chair squats and the dead lift until my back started remaining stable and I did not set off the pain. I am now through the therapy and, at home, I am lifting 25 pounds with the chair squats and 55 pounds with the dead lift, 30 reps each. I am moving up as it is easy to do (next dead lift will be 65 pounds). No, one would not normally expect a 4'11", 87 year old female to be able to do that. But what was nice about Vik was that he paid attention to my body and noticed what it could actually do. There were many sessions where he had more confidence in me than I had. I am able to do everything I want every day now without setting off pain. And I have learned to take setbacks in stride and just move onward and upward. Also, to me, physically the Fitness Lab is out of this world. It has more big, expensive, sophisticated equipment for serious fitness professional athletes than I have ever seen. It is awesome.

He finds just the right balance between not pushing too hard beyond my pain threshold yet still keeping me on track in regaining range of motion and strength. Lucas even helped me by writing a letter to my employer that allows me to work remotely while I am in the most intensive phase of my rehabilitation. I have had previous physical therapy on my knee somewhere else and stopped going because there was simply no value. I was mostly left unsupervised, and could do those exercises alone in the gym. That is NOT the case here. Lucas is with me all the way, giving 100% attention, and as I said, always progressing so that things don't get boring. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I sought out RMS&S out of desperation for my chronic lower back pain and they happen to be across the stress from my home. Dr Lucas has been so remarkably kind and professional, and levels with me as a fellow bodyworker. His intake is thorough and to the point. He's able to explain movement patterns to me honestly and without any fluff or condescension, as I've experienced from some doctors in the past. He's helped me understand and validate some suspicions I've had about my body, and gave me things to work on in between appointments. I've never had dry needling done, (needles and I are NOT simpático) but I'm willing to give it a shot with Lucas and see what happens!
