Amazing care. This place breaks the mold of what a lot of rehab places could never attain. Most…read moreothers are low to no care. Sooo refreshing their people, place and processes they have keep things humming, efficient and amazingly effective. They are head and shoulders above Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and am super impressed with the doctors and therapists there. Don't waste your time with SNFs--which are a waste of time and awful experience (bad food, light weight/non-existent therapy, poorly managed). If you are thinking of trying out this place, feel free to message me for more details, but they are the crème de la crème from what I have experienced thus far.

Man, I fly up and down the stairs right now thanks to the technique learned. Shhh, don't tell my therapist, but I do now take two steps at a time going down the stairs. From the medical staff to the therapists, the team was A+++. There seems to be a culture of service at the company that carries through everyone. I'm missing all of these people asking me how everything is going and if I need anything at home. I may even have to admit I enjoyed the 7:00 am therapy sessions (I'm not a morning person). Only observation was that as a diabetic the food was a tiny bit challenging. The team however was always ready to replace a dish if needed.

In case of this situation there should be a check in desk with an escort or information on how to get to the front entrance. This caused the only causes for improve improvement. This was a very stressful situation. A special Thank you to "Tim" he found me lost in the in the hallway. He brought me to the main entrance, then check me in early, after walk me to my appointment and after he walked me to the main exit. Keep him around Ace employee. Really, Great job Team! I was in and out before I knew it. It might have helped that I picked an early weekday time. I signed all paperwork before I arrived electronically. Thank you to the PET and CAT scan teams. All I can say is wow if I need to get anything more scans done. This is the place I will send my family.

Review: I brought my…read morefour‑year‑old to this ER because she was having chest pain and body aches from coughing for two days. She hadn't vomited at all until we arrived, but once we got into the waiting room she threw up everywhere. Not a single staff member got up to help. I had to get up myself, ask for assistance, and ask for something to clean it up. Someone eventually came with a towel, wiped the floor, and walked away. Did not sanitize the floors chair. We waited about 30 minutes before being taken to a room. They gave her Tylenol and ran a COVID/RSV test. While she continued vomiting in the room, we were told we needed to go back out to the waiting room because they "needed the room." I questioned how it could be safe or ethical to send a vomiting child back into a crowded waiting area, exposing her and everyone else to more germs. Their response made it clear they didn't care. At that point, I decided it was better to take her home than force her to sit in a waiting room covered in vomit. As we were leaving, we saw a grown man vomiting all over the waiting room floor with no help, no vomit bag, nothing. That's the environment they expected my four‑year‑old to sit in. The lack of compassion, hygiene, and basic standard of care was shocking. The whole experience felt chaotic and dismissive--more like being told to "pull forward and wait" at a fast‑food drive‑thru than an emergency room where sick children and adults are supposed to receive care. I left extremely disappointed and concerned about the quality of care here.

I have 2 more sessions scheduled and anticipate that my recovery will continue under his care. Update: on 8/25/25 I mentioned my ongoing plantar fasciitis pain to Jayden for the first time since I started my course of treatment for my neck pain. He claimed that he could insert a needle into my calf muscle which may help. Two days later, I cannot believe how much better I feel. It is the first time in months that I can walk without pain and I have tried everything from custom inserts, physical therapy, Kuru shoes and an injection by a podiatrist with little to no success. Obviously, he is gifted in the field of chiropractic health.

Very friendly clinic, and very understanding of chronic pain not treatable with surgery. Kylie May,…read moreP.A. took two weeks to gather all information she needed in order to agree with previous providers on an ongoing medication treatment plan. Yes, I had to go without my usual medication for that time, but Kylie made sure that I would be as comfortable as she could make me with alternatives while she did her due diligence. She makes you feel that you're listened to and worked with. The care and control over the way Mountain View as a company handles controlled substances is excellent. (If you are 'faking it' to get your hands on the candy, don't even try it - but if you want to hear some really amusing stories on that one, there are plenty!!) This is a holistic program - and, for once, I actually look forward to the chiropractic and PT they provide. Okay, it only goes so far for my particular condition, but some of it feels good at the time - so, why not? It sure can't hurt! Ben (PT) is the first one to see for the service, and have a lengthy evaluation with. On complimenting him for such due diligence, he explained that this is company policy - no one is allowed to just dive on in there, from medication to complimentary services. Big difference to anywhere else I've been. It's like everyone really cares. (What a concept!) Therefore, a big thumbs up to MVPC. Nice job all around.
