I happen to come on the Sunday they had an offer for "free weekend". So they had some cool goodies for me signing up. I got a nice gift bag from the front and another from the pharmacy... u also got a $5 coupon from the optical shop. Vivian at the desk was amazing!! So sweet, kind and caring. She really made my sign up easy and fun. Now, I did have an issue. I snagged my new jacket on a sharp piece on their cart ... when I talked to the manager, Kristen, she advised I can try to take it to a seamstress and bring the receipt back to them. If the seamstress can't fix it, bring the jacket receipt back to them. So I will do that. I hope a seamstress can fix it, because it would be a nice win-win, since the jacket is $140. Anyway, I really liked this place, the people who worked here, all the goodies they gave away and the delicious strawberries. I'll be back!!! Add on - went back on Tuesday to handle the jacket issue since a seamstress couldn't fix it, and Amy was so helpful and kind. The staff at this Sam's is top notch!! Thanks everyone.

While retail often s teams about the importance of "location, location, location," wholesale distribution to the trades is definitely more specialized and they are not reliant on people coming in to browse and perhaps impulse buy. This location of Johnstone Supply also allows HVAC contractors to get the parts they need without traveling to a bigger city like West Palm Beach to get the equipment they need to "keep Florida cool." The staff here were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The parking lot is a bit small and while I was there a tractor trailer was blocking the entrance on the one side. No, big deal, I just pulled in the other entrance. If you are an HVAC professional, this Johnstone Supply is a great option. Again, with them being located in Fort Pierce and you are doing a job here or in one of the towns closer by, this location can save you a trip to West Palm Beach (which would save you about an hour each way in travel). I would definitely recommend here.

I haven't been able to afford the prices at the home improvement stores or they end up out of stock. I also can't afford a cabinet maker's price as well. I brought my sister with me today to look for a new vanity. Unfortunately they were out of the style and color I was originally looking for to complement the bathroom. Some contractors hit them up the previous weekend. I did find another white vanity that was a 1/3 of the price in the box stores. I decided to go with a brown unit that has a few imperfections that I would have removed and redone anyway for only $100. It will take some time to turn it into what I want it to look like but I have time to do it. It won't be installed until the floors are done (and that's still going to be some time from now.) I'm including a picture of the before. I'll come back and post when I refinish it. Thank you for this gem tucked away here in Daytona Beach. (It saved me a trip to Altamonte Springs.) I will be back for some more things that caught our eyes, if they are still there. Who knows what they will have for the next visit.

Shopping at Costco Wholesale with my wife was an experience that deserves its own documentary…read more At first, walking in felt like stepping into a small country disguised as a warehouse. The place is massive. I'm pretty sure you could land a small aircraft between the snack aisle and the electronics section. I stood there for a moment doing the classic "deer in headlights" routine, wondering if we needed a compass, trail mix, and maybe a guide rope just to survive the journey. Fortunately, my wife quickly snapped me back to reality. Apparently, this wasn't her first rodeo. She had a system--a well-thought-out shopping strategy that rivaled a military operation. Once she gave me my marching orders and we followed her usual route through the store, everything started to fall into place. Suddenly the overwhelming warehouse transformed into an organized treasure hunt. And what a treasure hunt it is. The selection is incredible. One minute you're looking at everyday groceries, and the next you're discovering sodas you've never seen in your life--flavors that sound like they were invented during a late-night science experiment. Then, just when you think you've seen it all, you realize there's an indoor pizza place casually sitting there like it's the most normal thing in the world. Shopping break? Don't mind if I do. The variety here honestly beats any shopping experience I've had in the last decade. Whether it's food, household items, gadgets, or those random "how did we live without this?" finds, Costco seems to have it all--and usually in sizes large enough to survive the next ice age. By the end of the trip, I went from overwhelmed rookie to proud cart-pushing assistant under my wife's expert leadership. We left with great deals, good food, and enough snacks to make our pantry look like a convenience store. Final verdict: Come prepared, bring a strategy (or a wife who already has one), and be ready for a surprisingly fun adventure. Costco isn't just shopping--it's an expedition... with pizza at the base camp.

For a few of the locals.....clearly you don't know how Costco works....they don't carry the same stuff ALL the time. Merchandise varies based on so many factors....time of year availability, holidays, customer interest, cost to Costco and if they can pass the savings on to their members. If you really miss an item, let the store manager know, and if they get enough complaints, they will look into getting it back in stock. As for the non-Costco vendors, tell them NO. Repeat, repeat, repeat, and keep on walking; it's not that difficult. The portion sizes are too big? My God. DON'T BUY IT THEN. Sheesh! Or, you know, you could freeze it like the rest of us. We found a few products not available in our Costco in the midwest (and still not there), and picked them up to take home, which is pretty typical everytime we go out of state. It was at this Costco that we discovered they brought books back! We found the location to be a little surprising, what with it being directly across from the Daytona Speedway, but that then gave us a famous landmark to look at, so.... Anyway, it's Costco. Easy in, easy out, tons of different stuff you do and don't need. Prices better on some stuff, worse on others. The great thing about Costco is that you can cancel your membership anytime....who knew?!?! All of us. They literally tell you that when you sign up. 104/2025
