It's much better than shopping at Metro in terms of price and quality. My only complaint is that the shop is a little small and can get very crowded at peak hours. You can't really shop in one half of the shop because there is a line up of customers.

I should mention though that if you're looking for a fully stocked grocery you've come to the wrong place. However, they do carry things are difficult to find in regular groceries (for example, lemon grass...I can NEVER find lemon grass!). And you'll find other goodies besides fruits and veggies-- cheap spices, dry noodles, Asian cooking sauces, canned/jarred goods, dried fruit, etc. As far as service goes it's top-notch.
