Unlike the other fruit and vegetable stores along Bloor West, these guys probably have half their wares outside the store, and half inside (which is still not too small). They are as RUDE as shop keepers come. I smile, say "hows your day", et., and I get a scowl in return. Not sometimes, ALWAYS. Please do NOT ever even contemplate buying flowers from this shop! If a $24 Orchid mysteriously dies within 3 days on you - it absolutely must be your fault! (mine generally last longer than a mont) Forget about getting your money back or a replacement. It may even be suggested to you that you have picked the flowers and buds off on purpose? In other words - you are insane! Your home is too hot? You don't have a receipt because they are not in habit of giving out receipts. You may get one if you unequivocally demand one. If dare suggest that there may have been something wrong with the Orchid (or probably anything they sell), you may just find yourself banned from this place and the lovely accommodating people who work here. Good riddance! Adieu!
