We came here on a Thursday and was greeted by Uncle Bubu, he was very welcoming and helpful. We had stopped at the local grocery store to pickup some produce as the kids were excited to "feed some animals". The kids were beyond happy with there experience here. I highly recommend this place for families and especially families with young children; pickup some fresh produce for them as well. If you want the best experience; bring whole pineapples and ask to see "Peppa".

Lawrence Lovestock, located in the Kahaluu area, is a family-owned livestock zoo that is interactive and educational for children AND adults. This is a fairly new petting zoo as this idea came into fruition when they began rehoming as well as rescuing some from being slaughtered. They decided to open their doors of their private menagerie to the public few months ago at the encouragement of their friends and have been successful since then. My daughter-in-law was the one who informed us of this petting zoo, which she was able to get us tickets that also included a light lunch and refreshments. Our tour was led by Denise (the owner) daughter-in-law, Alicia along with her two sons. As we walked around, the owner, Denise shared they are looking to continually improve to make sure their "Lovestock" is taken care, which is obvious because everything is spaced apart and clean! On a side note, they are actually considering Alpacas too! Come and see the different animals. You can touch and feed their animal residents, and view up close. Some of the farm animals you'll see include different type of pigs; lambs; goats; chickens; turkeys; rabbits. Besides visiting with the local farm animal residents, you can relax on their picnic benches under a small tent pavilion, enjoy the scenery of the Koolau Mountains, learn about the family history and their land, and enjoy their light refreshments that also includes fruits that they've grown on their own land. Overall, this is a family-oriented and educational experience you won't soon forget. So come on over for a change of pace away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is not your typical petting zoo and it is worth the trip! Recommend: Highly

My son and I visited LAWRENCE LOVEstock on the island of Oahu. They recently opened up their family Farm to visitors that want to have a hands-on experience with animals. Some of the animals are pigs rescued from a slaughterhouse, a bunny with cerebral palsy, and three baby chicks we also saw their beautiful dogs, turkeys, goats, and parrots. reed was sad leaving. He said he likes "blonde chicks" we had so much fun and can't wait to visit again. Thank you!

Excellent little family-friendly farm with Loving owners. Animals are also very friendly and healthy. Had my nephews birthday party here. 10 - 10 recommend!

She always want to have a rabbit as a pet

My daughter had a wonderful experience at Lawrence lovestock. Denise is so friendly and nice. She explains to us what the animals like to eat, their habits. All the animals here have names and their name tags are on the fence. My daughter feed pigs for her first time. We spent 2 hours there and she loves to go back to this place again. We found this places on Google while I search for top 10 kids activities in Oauh, It a great place for kids who loves animals.

waited since March to finally visit and I am so happy they finally opened up! the family is welcoming and very kind. our tour guide Alicia shared so much knowledge about the animals. she also talked about the history of the land and how the farm came to be. I would definitely re-visit in the future. great place to take kids to experience the animals. you can tell the amount of hard work that goes into up-keeping the farm. It was a very humbling experience. tips: wear boots and covered bottoms like leggings or jeans. and don't forget to be respectful. after all, you're basically entering someone's home!

I love coming to Lawrence Lovestock. My granddaughter got to feed Peppa when she was just a piglet and now she's grown so much. I love all the animals they're so well taken care of. If you haven't been there in awhile you should go again to see the new additions and the new animals. I love the changes.

We loved visiting the turkey, chicken, pigs, goats, ducks, rabbits and the family who takes care of these precious animals!

This is the perfect place to bring your Keiki. We absolutely fell in love with Alicia, her Ohana, their animals, and the farm. It is so beautiful, with lots positive energy and aloha. Alicia is so kind and really emphasizes all the amazing lessons that children can learn from interacting and taking care of animals. She was so accommodating as well. Words cannot express how highly I recommend bringing your family here.

My son, his wife and their 2 children and I visited Lawrence Lovestock today, and it was an awesome experience even for this old MiMi from NC who has seen her fair share of livestock growing up on a small farm myself. I was impressed with how much this family cares for their animals, they were clean and well fed, and well loved, I could tell. The Lawrence family were very hospitable and treated us like family, I hope to come back the next time we're in Hawaii

My father and I had the best time at this family farm. The animals are the cutest and so well maintained. You see the love and dedication that they have for each animal. Can't wait to go again. Besides that it's such a beautiful place in the mountains to relax and enjoy the time with Amazing company. Highly recommended

This place also offers a riding tour on one of the trailers, there's also one for kids on a different ride. The most interesting part is the farm, we love seeing cute and small animals, the goats were the most active at the location, the donkeys were also loud. You can also feed the goats by visiting the food booth and paying one of the staff members for a cup of dried green bites. We took lots of pics, it was getting hot for us but what ever, it's Hawaii. Our favorite part was the sunflower field, it was away from the crowd and we can choose any lane to take pics, just watch out for bees if you're afraid of them or can't tell between wasps, yellow jackets or bees. It looked like a lot of the good pumpkins were already picked out so the pumpkin field looked pretty decent, the swing that's at the pumpkin patch area was a nice touch though.
