How he could conclude that the back yard needed it but not the front is beyond me -- it was the same grass in the same condition. Probably just trying to cover for the fact they didn't measure and estimate what I asked for originally. Late April came and went, despite phone calls from me as asked in early April to setup an estimate. Then it was, we'll come by and estimate in early May for install in late May. Late May has come and gone and I still don't have a full yard estimate, let alone any grass. Done with their lies. I've hired someone else. You should do the same if you want your project done.

They were supposed to come out 3 times in November and never did. When I got around to calling about it (I have a 3 month old; if you have kids, you'll understand) today, I was told they'd probably have to come out to do another cleanup. I explained I really didn't want to pay another almost $300 just because they failed to implement the plan we agreed on and was told (albeit nicely) while someone there did "drop the ball", it's my fault for waiting a month to notice and call them. The owner, Juan Mendez, came out on the same day of the call and repaired the drip lines, as well. Again, this company is amazing ... which says a lot about the owner. He strives on making certain his customers get the best service possible. Their rates are very reasonable and fair. Rafael came out the next day and took notes on what I needed. The very next day, I received their quote on Friday and the following Tuesday they came and took up all the dead grass. They then did a sprinkler system check and added the drain. The next step was to lay rich sod all over before planting the new sod the next day. I could not be happier with their work. My yard is now beautiful! They came by the third day to trim my older shrubs and power wash the sidewalks and driveway. This crew could not be more professional. I highly recommend this company.
