    Results after more than two years of quarterly scheduled treatments. Including extra treatments that were supposed to enhance the outcome.

    This company was sold to a new owner and is now located in Plano. Their product and service significantly decreased. After months of expressing dissatisfaction. I discontinued service partially due to a representative by the name of "Nathan" continuously hounding me for payment for services unrendered. At $125-$140 per treatment given the lack of results. I felt like payment was not warranted. The proof is in the photos.

    I've not personally used lawn care but I did come in contact with two of their employees while at a traffic light. I looked down to pick up my drink and the light happen to change and I guess I didn't start moving fast enough the their driver/employee or owners liking so they honked the horn. I then started through the light and the drive pulls up to my car in the lane beside me and the passenger in the truck continues to flip me off. Wow... not very professional!! If this is any indication of how they treat their customers I would. Not do business with them.

    Honestly I thought they had been doing good with the weed treatment but my yard after the last treatment was a disaster. Both of my neighbors yards look way better than mine even thou one has no treatment and one has from different vendor. One neighbor uses another company and they are so much better. My other neighbor was like me and had no help but their yard is awesome. Both neighbors asked me what was happening with my yard and I said I made a bad decision with lawn care. Now I have to manage to recover what is left of my front and backyard. In all the years of taking care of my own yard by myself I have not seen such destruction. I have a green thumb since I grew up in an agriculture environment and I am sad to say my decision with LT was wrong. They didn't even ask me how they could help or fix the problem. They only said a manager would drop by to see/review the yard and I didn't hear back afterwards. Never again :( bad customer service. You can see the impact of LT service by the mailbox where all the overspray occurred. I can't say how their lawn person kept settings throughout my yard but it was not AT ANYWAY GOOD.

    I am a current customer and really this company is just okay. They are better lately than they were…read morewhen I first started using them. I did a lot of research to try and find a company to take care of my lawn when we moved into the area and ended up choosing this company for lawn maintenance and weed and feed. The first season using this company, the guys to come and mow were pretty inconsistent. They would come out on the wrong day, miss weeks, etc. They would also come within an hour after a rain which I don't love because we end up with an inconsistent cut. This summer they run like a clock though and it seems like they just needed time to get us fixed into their rotation maybe? Ultimately, they are affordable compared to their competition and I like that they lower their frequency of mowing on their own based on the time of year. I do have less weeds in my yard as well even if the nutsedge is out of control which they tell me they can't do anything about. Overall, they are good enough that I wouldn't cancel them, but they aren't so good that someone else couldn't earn my business if they really wanted to. Hopefully the trend will continue and I will feel even better about them a year from now.

Nobody is going to sit and wait for them to show up where there is no specific date of service. I end up cancelling all services. Disappointed. Reply to the commentsl below. Yes I was out of town that's why the service was rescheduled to the week of May 11. What I am asking is if you can't provide service for the week I was told, send out a notification to your customer. Don't make it sound like it is my fault being out of town.
