They were supposed to come out 3 times in November and never did. When I got around to calling about it (I have a 3 month old; if you have kids, you'll understand) today, I was told they'd probably have to come out to do another cleanup. I explained I really didn't want to pay another almost $300 just because they failed to implement the plan we agreed on and was told (albeit nicely) while someone there did "drop the ball", it's my fault for waiting a month to notice and call them. Second update: We cancelled our service after they broke our gate getting into our yard and were seen throwing sticks into our neighbors yard. Terrible!
