Jose, the foreman, was exceptionally communicative, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. His pricing was very reasonable, especially for the amount of work that needed to be done. His crew worked extremely hard and tackled a massive amount of overgrowth--shrubs, trees, bushes, and years of neglected landscaping that had taken over the yard when we bought our home. The results are truly stunning. Our yard looks completely transformed, and the difference is unbelievable. Jose made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free, and I genuinely appreciated how attentive he was at every step. Yes I was out of town that's why the service was rescheduled to the week of May 11. What I am asking is if you can't provide service for the week I was told, send out a notification to your customer. Don't make it sound like it is my fault being out of town.
