Great selection of wine and beer for such a small spot. Though most people just walk up and take their drinks elsewhere, we cozied up at the corner of the bar and enjoyed music, people watching and great service. If you need to hydrate between drinks, they have complimentary water available, which I felt was a nice touch.
Such a good coffee stop for the working downtown folks! Their new fall menu all looks amazing. I got the cinnamon roll latte and it's delicious! I was worried it would be too sweet but it's just right. It's always pretty fast and nice to either grab and go or sit outside for a bit!
Lawn service is definitely a bar I recommend if you want to spend any time outside in downtown Greensboro! On warm, sunny days or during Christmas/winter activities, lawn service always has the right beverage for your mood. They are the first ones to introduce me to cold brew lemonade which I have become obsessed with and I absolutely loved the spiked hot apple cider I got last week at the Festival of Lights. The bar works just like any other bar where you walk up and order and they have an array of different beverages from coffees, to slushees, to beer, to wine. They also have an assortment of pastries if your heart desires. Anytime I'm in Lebaur park, I make a bee line for Lawn Service!
Lawn Service is one of my favorite downtown coffee spots. It's centrally located near the Tanger Center and the park so if you're just walking through town and like a quick pickup me up or looking to get a drink before show time, it's the best of both worlds. Their menu is updated seasonally so you'll be able to get your favorite items as well as try new items as they come available. My favorite this season has been the Butter Pecan Latte-perfect blend of sweet and warmth, reminding me of a cozy evening. The staff is always always kind, helpful to point out nice events, and willing to chat with you. It's always a great experience. I can't speak enough of how much I enjoy going here!
My crew was enjoying the temporary ice skating rink downtown when I needed to warm up a bit. I walked over to Lawn Service located beside LeBauer Park. I ordered a hot chocolate at the bar. The bartender was super nice. She took my order right away and I received my drink quickly. The hot chocolate was very good. Just the right amount of chocolate and texture. Yum! It came in one size and it was a bit small, but it was tasty and was good enough for my visit. If I stayed longer, I would love to have a bigger cup. If you don't sit at the bar, there are tables between the two restaurants or you can sit on a bench along Davie St or closer to the park. I will definitely visit this location again. They had a great selection of beer and wine. Their menu also had a selection of baked goods (waffles, cookies). Stop by! Great addition to our downtown area.
I love these small restaurants in LeBauer park and have been thrilled to take advantage of them. We normally just stop in for a drink as we visit the area but this time we brought the kids for ice cream and waffles - both were a major hit with the younger ones. Service was friendly and quick. Our food and drinks were both great.
This was another stop on our way to the show at Tanger. An extension of Little Brother Brewing in downtown, this spot offers a quick drink to enjoy while visiting the LeBauer park, or grabbing dinner before the show. They have a good selection of beer, seltzers and and other drink options, providing your beverage in plastic cups to enjoy in the "social district". With such a convenient location, I'll stop in again without a doubt
I LOVE Lawn Service at LeBauer Park. It's a really unique experience to have coffee and beer/wine at this cute park downtown. Today I ordered the iced Strawberry Latte and it was such a surprising treat! It tasted like a Neapolitan ice cream cone, yum! The barista was super nice and handled the line with ease. I'll definitely be back here to enjoy the atmosphere and perhaps get a little work done. The one thing to keep in mind is parking. You'll more than likely need to park in a parking deck (there's one behind the cultural center/park/library) and walk over. You could probably grab a street spot on Elm. Be sure and check out the Greensboro Museum next door while you're there! You won't be disappointed. Places like this continue to make me proud to be a Greensboro native! Keep up the good work, Lawn Service!
Stopped by Lawn Service while on my daughter's field trip to the Skating Rink. I loved their menu with Christmas/Winter favorites. The drinks are creative without being too out there for my tastes. I had the Gingerbread Latte which was stunning and tasted perfect. It was exactly what I need to knock the chill off.
Little Brother is one of my favorite Greensboro breweries, so I was delighted by the opening of Lawn Service as their kiosk extension at LeBauer Park. I actually had the honor of being an actor in their announcement commercial! Their transformation of the former space is very impressive. I love the open bar front design where guests can sit at stools while they enjoy their beverages and treats. The extended roof top also allows for some cover in case of weather or the sun a hot day. The kiosk offers a full service coffee bar, wine, rotating beer taps from Little Brother, and locally sourced baked goods and ice cream. My husband and I got their limited edition GSO Pride Sour Fruited Gose available around the time of Greensboro Pride. It was a mango passion fruit Gose and quite delicious. It was a thrill to get to order a beer and enjoy it at the establishment as well as all around the park. The location being so close to the Tanger Center and Downtown offices is ideal indeed. I think it's a fun concept and a great idea for the space. People can get coffee before/during work as well as a beer after. Additionally you will also get the weekend crowd enjoying the park and Downtown. I live in walking distance to Downtown so it's nice knowing that quality beers, coffee, and treats are available daily and nearby! You can also get cans to go!
Coffee, cocktails, and yummy snacks. What more could you want! Any time of day, Lawn Service is the perfect place to go! Love the coffee and other drinks available. Get a beer on a hot day to walk around.
After an evening walk in the Lebauer park, we deserved a treat. Nate was very attentive and helpful. They have speakers to play music in the background. Nice outdoor seating w umbrellas and outdoor lighting. Families and friends come to this park. We got chocolate ice cream and it was rich in flavor. Place is clean. Restrooms are available at this park. Next time I'll order a glass of wine
A bright, open, lovely spot right downtown across from Steven Tanger. I was impressed with all the options they offered - both coffee and alcohol. Ordering was convenient and the bartenders were nice. I started with the Press Blackberry cider. I was given a cup that I could carry around the drinking district to accompany the bottle. Next, I ordered the Frose. It was sweet and perfectly tart and a lovely icy treat on a hot evening. I loved the atmosphere.

Gotta love Lawn Service it is one of the best spots in downtown Greensboro! Located right in the heart of LeBauer Park, it's the perfect place to relax, meet up with friends, or just soak in the downtown energy. What makes it stand out most is the variety. Whether you're looking for something to pick you up (their iced coffee lattes are fantastic) or something to help you unwind (beer, wine, and THC drinks), there's truly something for every mood and time of day. For those underage they have an array of desserts including local ice cream and lemonade. I also love how they keep the space active with weekly events, live music, and community gatherings. It feels like much more than just a place to grab a drink. My partner loves their Thursday night bike rides, and I always enjoy the live music they bring to the park. Another bonus is the location. It's within walking distance of the Greensboro Cultural Center, the downtown library, and the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts, making it the perfect stop before a show, visiting art galleries, or enjoying other local community events. It's open year-round, which is great, but since it's an outdoor space, just come prepared for the weather. Overall, it's a unique local gem and a must-visit in downtown Greensboro! read more
I had to update my review now that Lawn Service has nonalcoholic options! Whether you're enjoying coffee-o-clock, or beer-o-clock, Lawn Service has you covered. They also have wine and CBD options, and a few nonalcoholic beers. From a full-service coffee bar and rotating craft beers to ciders, seltzers, nitro cold brew, and a wine list. You'll also find locally made baked goods and ice cream that hit the spot any time of day. There's often live music or art events going on nearby, which makes it even more special. The drinks were amazing and the barista was so sweet & knowledgeable. Plenty of seating options are available. I love that the library and park are all within walking distance. They also carry "My Brother's Cookies" which are super yummy! A great local spot to visit. read more
A great coffee shop option for downtown. They use Counter Culture coffee, and prices are very reasonable. Ally is super friendly and does an excellent job. All the usual coffee drinks you'd expect plus locally made pastries. A night the have a great selection of locally made beer, a slushee, and wine. They also serve ice cream, so they have whatever you need regardless of the time of day. Truly a great spot in downtown to get outside, enjoy the park and have something refreshing! read more

Lawn Service- part of Little Brother Brewing-- is my favorite place to get coffee or a quick drink downtown. They have plenty of options for coffee, and since they're run by Little Brother, there are lots of great beers on tap. Everyone that works there is so kind, and it's a great place to stop if you're spending time at LeBauer Park! read more
LOVE this place and is my new favorite coffee shop in Greensboro!!! Have gone a couple of times early in the morning since I live downtown! Service is absolutely amazing - Carmen is the best! It's located right at Labauer park and across from the new Tanger events center. They have coffee (iced and hot) - different syrups including sugar free vanilla (and almond milk, oat milk, etc) - my go to has been a SF vanilla latte with oat milk, they also have teas, wine, beer, etc!! And they even bring in baked goods from a local bakery - which I've had the chocolate croissant - flakey and tasty - chocolate tasted like a dark chocolate which is my fav and the pumpkin chocolate chip muffin - YUM plus big enough for 2! They also have ice cream from the local creamery!! How could you not support local that supports local?! Plenty of seating in the park area and at their "bar/counter"...prices are good but again the experience is what it's all about! Excited for this new little local business to thrive and will be going almost daily to WFP - work from the park instead of just the normal WFH scenery!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 10 stars! read more
