On time, responsive, and are truly focused on customer service. They were one of the only companies who offered to come out and look at my lawn. The others tried to hard sell me over the phone. Also, their claim about all inclusive was true. My last lawn treatment provider was always showing up and telling me I had a weed or fungus in my yard that I had to pay extra for so they could treat it. Not with Lawn Doctor. So far I haven't been asked to pay anything extra and they have treated everything from crabgrass to fungus. Matt really takes his time to explain things to me when he is servicing. And Jeremy always so polite and helpful, even when I am a bit high maintenance. These guys are great and the company has been around for a long time. You won't be disappointed read more

video of half assing the application, aske to do a more thorough job. they did, they also were asked to come out after 7 years due to ongoing decline of quality of my yard. was getting notices from my association... tech said "your yard looks like $hit... yeah, i know - it's why your'e here - blamed trees, roots, water, runoff, and anything they could besides not ever taking iron/ ph samples and recommending something based on actually trying to make my yard right. sent video to management.. quit using them and still have never gotten anything of an apology. rectified by having top dressing applied and did very well and changed company -- they will not care and will come out and half a$$ your yard and blame you too. read other comments. don't bother. read more

We've been using Lawn Doctor for some time now. The service was ok until recently when they ruined over $200 of brand new yard decorations by spraying liquid aeration and other chemicals all over them. We had a number of Easter inflatables in our yard for a week. The Lawn Doctor tech came to spray the yard, and instead of having the common sense to reschedule the treatment, he sprayed all over our decorations. I've tried everything - the inflatables cannot be cleaned and look horrible. Additionally, because half the lawn was covered with them, we only received half the treatment we paid for. We got a really lame apology from the owner, Jeremy, and no offer to reimburse us for the ruined decorations or the incomplete treatment. There are other neighbors in my community who have become unhappy with Lawn Doctor recently, and I'll be letting them know why we discontinued. read more

They don't treat the entire lawn. We have weeds all over. Have it on camera and they don't care.

I gave Lawn Doctor an 18 months trial paying after each service. A red flag started early in the trial when my newly landscaped backyard was not treated at all but Matt said he did service it. I have multiple cameras that capture action in overlapping areas and none captured the service Matt said he did. He claimed that security cameras often don't capture action but he came to see my backyard and admitted he didn't service my yard; he asked me to call him directly in the future instead of the office. Second red flag was after a heavy downpour that resulted in nearby flooding less than 24 hours after my yard was treated. Jeremy insisted that the application would not wash away and no retreatment is needed or given. Third and final red flag was when I was home and Jeremy said that Matt said he had treated my front yard but I watched and no granular fertilizer or weed treatment was done, although he was in his vehicle for over 30 minutes before he left. It looks like there are only 2 technicians: Malik and Matt. If you have Malik service your yard, you won't have issues. read more

Had some weeds pop up a week after applicatio. I called and they sent Malik out the next day. Malik is great. Takes everything in stride and is a very positive person. Thanx read more

I hired them in 2020. We got some weeds at that time but they were able to control it. But this year, I don't know what happened with them. My yard has lots of weeds. My neighbor's yard looks so beautiful, weed-free and green. My Bermuda sod didn't look green, everywhere has lots of weeds. They sent couple of time service to do something about weeds, it didn't help at all. Actually started to have more weeds. I called to stop my service, Shawn answered phone, explained situation and told him that I don't want them to service yard anymore. He just said OK. He didn't even tried to keep me as a customer. I asked about refunding some of my payment. He said he needs to talk to management about it. They asked me to send pictures of my yard pictures by email, which is I did. Their response was "we can't refund but if you would like to come back a customer again, we can give you %50 discount on your first service." What a joke. I don't recommend this company to anyone read more

I felt that Lawn Doctor were not properly taking care of my lawn. Jeremy came to see me the same day and explained the issues I felt I had with my yellow grass. He asked me to give it another few weeks and the warmer weather shall warm up the ground and the grass shall turn green. Thanks Jeremy! read more

Why Lawn Doctor keeps asking me to write them a review on Yelp I have no idea, but here it goes. I had my lawn treated a total of two times. After the first time, it looked pretty good. But I noticed after the second time they came, it rained almost immediately. And shortly afterward the lawn looked not so good. I asked them to come back and they graciously did. But once again, the guy treated the lawn on the same day it rained HARD (maybe 2-3 hours beforehand). Furthermore, there was no sign left in the yard, so when my wife came home with our new puppy, she had no idea the lawn had been sprayed. I had received no notification they were coming that day. They work out of the same town so if an immediate rain cancels the effect of the treatment, I would expect them to do it again. Not surprisingly, the lawn looked like hell. Violets were always my problem and continued to be. I never received much counseling from them or any of the lawn companies I have tried in the past. Nothing different with this one. I wrote to complain and asked that they cancel. I did this twice because I didn't hear back after the first time and found that odd because these guys were always so nice on the phone and surely expected a "we are sorry to see you go" type email. Nope. Nothing the second time either. Took the money and ran. But they got the review they wanted. read more

Was excited to use thes guys but they just never came through with ontime service. First service it took forever to get me on the books. When I received service, it was good. Called and texted for 2nd service. Gentlemen said it would be about two weeks and 6 weeks had already past since my last service. Weeds were all over my yard. Texted and called again with no response. Summers almost over so I just fertilized and weeded my own lawn. The guys was nice but service was non existent. read more

Great professional service. My yard went from brown to green. Seeded and followed up and made sure we were satisfied.

They do a good job. The only thing is that their chemicals do not kill or even touch wild violets.

They came out the first time a couple of weeks ago and the weeds are dying and the grass isn't. What more can I ask for after the first visit. I can give a more detailed review after of year. read more
