The main guy who works the counter, mid 40's spikey black hair became irate, accused me of lying and did nothing to try to ease / resolve the situation. I explained to him I intended on renting a chipper later in the month and how I rented a lift the week before and that over a $150 rental he should really offer a credit to my account, unfortunately he did not agree. I explained that over that small amount he would be losing a customer to which he told me to get out of his store and that I am not allowed to rent again.
