Now I am out an extra $70 buying trip permits to legally drive the car. They didn't offer an apology or reimbursement. Not very professional so can't recommend. ***Response: My last response to Elton was via email a month ago letting him know I would be out an extra $70 as well as two extra trips to the DMV which is a real hassle for me as there is no DMV in my rural town. If you want to compensate me for this you have my address. Thank you. ***Response 2: I responded via text message to your cell phone. As of today the DMV has either not received the paperwork or hasn't processed it yet, they could not tell me which. So today, almost two months later I had to buy another trip permit to legally drive the car that isn't even registered in my name yet. I have missed 2 half days of work to stand in line at the DMV which I will have to do again before this trip permit expires to get it registered if they finally have the paperwork. Poor Customer Service the staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. When I asked for advice on which battery would be best for my car, they gave vague answers and seemed annoyed by my questions Lack of knowledge the employees did not seem knowledgeable about the products. One of them recommended a battery that turned out to be incompatible with my vehicle model. I only found out after struggling to install it and having to return to the store.Overpriced products the prices were significantly higher compared to other stores and online retailers. I later found the same battery for 20% less at a competitor.They said Manger does not allow online price match something AutoZone is good for.Return policy hassle when I tried to return the incompatible battery, I was met with resistance and had to argue with the manager for a refund. They initially refused to accept the return, claiming it was my fault for choosing the wrong product.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at oreillys. I will not be returning and would not recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

It hit so hard that it bent the wheel and damaged the brake rotor. I was 15 minutes outside of Yakima when this happened. I called up Apple State and their event coordinator, Leanne answered the call. After explaining my situation, I asked if they had a way to come get me and she said unfortunately, due to staffing issue, they were unable to come get me at the time. As I was looking for a tow company to come get me I got a call back from Leanne telling me that there would be a gentleman calling me and that he would come get me. This wasn't a employee, but yet a friend of hers. I was absolutely blown away that she was willing to reach out to a personal friend to help out a customer! This was just the start of this amazing experience. Once I got to the dealer, obviously they didn't have a wheel in stock to be able to fix my bike right away. So I started looking into other ways of getting the bike either home or myself home and coming back and getting the bike. I forgot to mention I live in western Washington. After some phone calls and talking with a friend, we came up with a plan to get the bike and myself home. Shortly after this a salesman Ty came up to me and introduced me to Jamie the owner of the dealership. Jamie came up with a unique proposition to get me back on the road. He took it upon himself to pull a motorcycle off the showroom floor and give me the front wheel off of it and then charge me for the original invoice which I was glad to pay! that not only was an almost unimaginable situation, but the customer service and the amazing support and compassion that was shown by this dealership to make sure that a traveler could get home was just outstanding. Reinvigorated my faith in humanity. If you are ever in need of anything from parts with Jesus or crystal from service to just about anything else in the store, rest assured you are in great hands. Really appreciated their patience as someone who didn't really know what they needed/wanted. Vernon helped me tighten all the bolts, confirmed the fluid levels were safe and suggested that if I was still having problems on the road to look up their location near Yakima. Well, that was great advice, because the gasket was still leaking when we got to Yakima. We called first thing Saturday morning and Ashley answered the phone and got us right in . After about 45 minutes we had a new gasket and no more leak and at a very reasonable price. It's this kind of friendly service and a real desire to help people that makes a business successful.
