DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Took my car…read morehere due to bad motor mounts, new shift extenders, and a TPS. Quoted for a week at Bonnie and Clydes, Tidricks took almost 8 weeks! WAs recommended here bc Brad used to race a friend of mines' grandpa in the Apple Cup. Come to find out, they don't talk anymore because Brad kept his car for a long ass time at the shop and fucked his own friend too! tried to be calm and patient with these people but now I have a blown turbo in my car that was given to me with ZERO oil on the dipstick. Best of all, after 8 weeks, he didn't even put in the shift extenders, and lied when he said my tranny had no pop outs; my second gear pops out of place now! I'm not sure what kinda clown show this guy is running but hey he got my 2,000 dollars though! Weeks 1-4 I would call and the receptionist would tell me every phone call that the car would be done end of week or beginning of week on and on until I stopped by myself to find out the car hasn't even been TOUCHED. Week 5 I find out from an employee my axles were bad, which is fine I bought new ones and brought them in that Friday. This guy looks over my new axles and in about 30 seconds he comes to the conclusion that I bought the wrong ones. After 30 minutes on their shop floor comparing the axles and looking through multiple websites, I tell the guy he's wrong. This dude insisted that all the websites could be wrong! It took him 2 seconds to pop off the intermediate shaft that he insisted would break if he tried, and lo and behold the axle is now correct. I just laughed in his face and left. Week 6 I find out Brad needs to redo my gear synchros, which is fine but buy the part and get it in already! End of week six I'm told my car will be done Friday, and when I arrive Friday I'm plagued with more excuses that my car isn't done because the car was "missing bolts", of which Brad wouldn't specify. Now, week 7, get this, the same guy who "knew" my axles were wrong was the one charged with rebuilding my car, and he's out sick and not answering his phone! I get a call.. car has no spark. Axle man forgot a connector! Next day I get a call, cars done! Great news right? When I arrive money in hand ready to receive my vehicle back my blow off valve is sitting on my transmission, I'm missing a motor mount and both shift extenders, my vacuum lines are all kinds of fucked up, and the car now has a light smoke coming from the turbo. Brad is now offering me his services for free to redo the shift extenders. At first I'm like great! Brad asked to keep it another day (10/3-10/4) to finish his work. 10/4 I receive a call my car is ready and I'm prepared for the worst. I got my car and left. The drive home the BOV isn't releasing pressure, and my car doesn't build boost. I figure it was a vacuum line till I pop the hood and my turbo is burnt to a fucking crisp and builds 1lb of boost. The car is tuned to 15. Now I'm here with a blown turbo and I don't trust this man to even look at my car, much less accept his free services. I paid 2,265 dollars to have my car destroyed after almost 8 weeks of waiting. On another note, there's a man who just walked around the shop smoking cigarettes and watching everyone work. I called him Rolex since he likes to watch so much. Walked up one day and this man had his shirt off and didn't even care to put it back on when a customer was right in front of him, have some professionalism man! Lastly, when the quiet guy who seems like the shop Sloth told me there was something else wrong with my car, the throttle body was disconnected, I looked at him in disbelief. I get you're not working on my car but you don't have the slightest inkling that maybe I wouldn't have even MADE it to the shop if my throttle body was hanging in my engine bay? Proceed with caution don't say I didn't warn you. Reported to the BBB and heavily considering more action because this is outrageous, if you're gonna blow my car up, don't take 2,000 of my hard earned dollars without finishing the job CORRECTLY the first time.

Also found out this shop made a massive vacuum leak in my car and upon taking out the vacuum lines I found 2 different torn/disconnected hoses. This shop is trash.

So, I decided to visit Les Schwab Tire Center on 1st street in Yakima while I was visiting. I explained my concerns and was told they would assign someone to look at my brakes as soon as they could. Their store was swamped though. It looked like everyone picked that day to have work done on their cars!! I had to wait about an hour for someone to look at my truck. That's how busy they were! Thankfully they had a little waiting area with a tv tuned to American Ninja Warrior, free popcorn, and a drink and snack vending machines. Eventually an employee sought me out to explain that my brakes were ok. They were just heating up. I was also informed that my rear brakes were getting close to needing a replacement , but the front brakes were ok. For now. I was very impressed that they didn't try to talk me into any repairs and were straightforward with me. I will seek out a Les Schwab when it is time for me to replace my brakes!

I'm normally not the ranting type but good gosh…read more 2002 S First St Yakima, WA Les Schwab just lost me as a loyal customer of almost 10 years. Talked with them on the phone before I dropped off the car. Advised them that my car has wheel spacers and the very nice woman on the phone let me know that it would be okay "we will figure it out, you're fine." Set and appointment for 11am today. 11/26/2025 Car was dropped off and they had it all day while I was at work. 11am -5:35pm. I called them at 2:53pm to check on how things were going. If they had any questions, concerns or issues. Call log shows where i spoke with them for 2 min and 36 seconds. They let me know "it's in line for tires right now. It will be done by 5pm." GREAT!!! I get off work at 5 and arrive at 5:30 to pick up my car, I'm excited. I've always loved Les Swabs and their customer service, specifically the Selah location, they've been amazing. Pulled into the parking lot and my car hasn't been touched. Same rims and tires on the car that were on it when It was dropped off. When I go inside they had the make, model and year of the car wrong. They had 1999 vw Passat. It's a 2001 Audi a4 Quattro which is what I told them twice over the phone. They didn't have a clear idea of what was going on with it. To give them the benefit of a doubt, I asked them if it was done. They told me "yes it should be." Then they asked the mechanics, the mechanic said "we can't work on it because it has wheel spacers." I asked them why they didn't call me or something to let me know. They told me "we called you at 2:53pm" I showed them my call log showing where I was the one who called them at 2:53pm. They never called me. This is absolutely unacceptable. I bought the car with wheel spacers on it. They're installed because of the break caliper upgrade done to the car prior to me buying the vehicle. Without the wheel spacers the rims will contact the calipers front and rear. They're not willing to help and now I'm stuck not knowing what to do. Called a couple shops around Yakima to see who may be able to help. Firestone didn't understand why they wouldn't work on it seeing as they do that kind of work regularly and do not discriminate on wheel spacers. Hello Firestone. I'm sad to be leaving Les Swabs, they've been my go to since I could drive and the only tire shop I've recommended to everyone I know. This is tragic. I hope no one has this experience as it has not been a good one.
