Everything's made-to-order, so don't expect grab-and-go fast food. Food was still steaming by the time we made it home. The chicken tasted seasoned to the bone. We tried about 3 sauces and really loved them all. We thought the soy honey and sweet & spicy gave a really nice tang to the chicken, without being too overpowering. And of course, even sauced up, everything stayed nice and crispy. Even my in-laws (who are boomer-level picky) liked it. Will definitely be heading back there soon.

Or people who think a delivery driver is a representation of the establishment itself. I mean, if I was a middle aged man trying to get by as a delivery driver being treated like crap, I can't say I'd be a happy go lucky dude either. Sorry, give the guy a break. ANYYYYWAYYYYY Despite the lowly 3 star rating, I went with my instinct and went here today after a long work day expecting the worst (for it to taste like planet wings lolol yuckkkkkk) Customer service: I walked in, and was pleasantly surprised as I was greeted by the two individuals behind the counter as soon as I stepped in the door. I had never been there before, and grabbed a menu and stepped aside.. i was explained their menu and I was even informed of their lunch specials, very sweet girl behind the counter! Food: I ended up going with 10 traditional (bone in) medium flavored wings and fried pickles for a to-go order. I'm kinda tiny but I love food :) but let me tell you I could not finish my order !!! Their wings are huge and meaty! Crunchy without being dry and generously sauced. I was only able to eat 5 and like half the pickles. Speaking of!! Their fried pickles came in this little container with holes punched in the sides so they didn't steam and become mushy on the way home. What a nice touch!!! It's the little things they do... like how some fried pickles fall flat taste wise... you could see the extra dill they use in their batter for an extra kick. And that sauce that comes with it??? Fuhgetttaaaboutittttttttt. And no. I didn't wait 45 min for my food. Probably because I went in the store and got off my butt :) So, if you're looking for a hearty well cooked wings, over 25 choices of sauce, and some phenomenal sides .. go here!!!

Their Chipotle Ranch, Blazin Cajun and Honey BBQ boneless wings have been my go-to comfort food. One day I picked up wing world for a get-together at a friend's house and to my embarrassment, we found that they gave me literal chicken nuggets covered in sauce. There have also been times that the nuggets were barely covered in chipotle ranch. Thanks to these inconveniences I've gotten pretty good at making my own boneless wings at home, but I'm still discouraged that a place I've recommended so much would fall in quality so abruptly.

When I arrived at 4:00 PM to pick up my order, a young employee did not know what Too Good To Go was and told me she needed to speak with her manager. She then asked me to come back later. I returned at 7:00 PM when the owner was there. He told me he had nothing for me. When I explained that I had already paid for the order and requested a refund, he refused. Not only did I leave without the food I paid for, but I also did not receive my money back. What was most disappointing was the owner's attitude. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he turned around and ignored me while I was speaking to him. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment. Customers should not have to worry about paying for an order, receiving nothing, and then being denied a refund. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and treat them with respect.
