I put my clothes inside and the machine got suck, and didn't want to work anymore. I politely asked the lady to help me figure out what was wrong. She tried resetting it. Didn't work so I moved my clothes to the washer next to it. While I was moving my clothes she was being extremely loud saying I overload the washer, and I messed it up. She then said the other washer will mess up as well If I put all my clothes in there. I knew it wasn't a lot of clothes so I still put all my clothes in the other washer. She was kept bothering me and telling me that next time she's not gonna put in the quarters, and that she was doing me a favor by putting in the quarters on the other washer I stayed quiet because she's an older woman and I didn't want to argue with her. I just felt very embarrassed because people were just looking at me while she was standing there yelling at me. The washer ended up washing my clothes perfectly fine. Before I started folding my clothes, I wanted to use restroom and so I took 2 quarters. while I was in the restroom I notice that the restroom didn't lock. I ran outside to get my son so he could stand outside the door, when I was walking back. She closed the restroom door. I asked her to please open it because I had put my 2 quarters in. Then she said I'm just gonna open it just to do you a favor. I tried explaining to her that I had put in the 2 quarters already and I just ran to my son so he could stand behind a door because I didn't want anyone to walk in while I was using the restroom. I ended up folding my clothes as fast as possible to get out of there. I felt so uncomfortable while she was walking around just giving me nasty looks not sure if she was just in a really bad mood. I've I come here every single week and she has never acted that way. I'll never come back to this place.
