This was my first time coming here, and instead of being helpful, the person responsible was rude and dismissive. I explained that my dryer unexpectedly broke and that I only needed to dry my clothes. I was told I had to wash here in order to use the dryers, which makes no sense for someone dealing with an emergency. On top of that, the attitude was unnecessary--especially toward a first-time customer who was polite and simply asking for help. The old lady who works here went off on me for no reason! She started yelling at me and said, "YOU ARE WHITE PRIVILEGE!" I tried to ignore her horrible English and why my race was involved in my needing the coin machine to work? But I asked, "why are you insulting me? I just want to get coins. I'm obviously not that privileged if I don't have a washer and dryer at home!" Good Lord you would think little old ladies could be nice! But no. I stood my ground. Took video. My experience with this laundromat was positive. The place was clean and the machines were made sure cleaned after every use. The reason I went there was because our washing machine and dryer at home were both not working. I did not want to go anywhere else because I could not imagine washing my underwear somewhere else. Every time I'm here, the gentleman in the morning is always super nice and helpful. He's quick to clean and disinfect the machines after we're done. The place is really clean and well-kept. Not sure why there are negative reviews but i've been coming here for a while now and have never had ANY issues. I recently moved to bellflower and was looking for a good laundromat. I found this place and loved how everything was clean. The staff has been friendly and clean every time a machine is unloaded. The place is great. A bit pricey in my opinion but you can always expect top cleanliness. Only downside is parking but that mostly bellflower for you lol read more

Anyone looking for a good laundromat don't go here. My girlfriend and I was here to do dirty laundry as we all know laundry isn't clean if we are doing laundry. Well this man at the laundry mat denied us because our clothes were dirty. Mind you this is a laundry mat . And not only us but two others were guilty by association and told to go away. Given the fact we didn't arrive all together. So therefore the cops were called and of course not being racist or anything out of all cops the same race appears the man man who called the cops . Ok so with that being said needless to say we were told to find somewhere else to go. And my girlfriend being adopted who's dad is a pastor on Bellflower Blvd @Hosanna chapel she has a brother who is koRen and is extremely insulted by disorderly conduct. So had nothing left she could say and we had given no choices but to have to walk away. So we did. I absolutely love this laundromat! The staff is constantly keeping it clean which is really important to me when I wash clothes using public machines. They only take coins but they have a change machine that takes dollar bills. In regards to COVID protocols everyone is required to wear a face covering and to social distance which is very doable since it's quite a large space. There is very few seating so if it's busy one may not get a seat. So far I have nothing negative to say about this laundromat. read more

My first impression was not a lot of parking. The inside is super well kept. The attendant sanitizes and wipe inside and outer rim, top of the washers between washes. She is attentive in finding out your needs, whether it's a washer a cart etc. Excellent place for washing. I had to wait a few minutes for a washer to become available. I don't mind. Plus it's super close to home. It's like finding a needle in a haystack, I will most like return here time and time again. read more

Good prices , lady is always cleaning right after someone is done with the washer I always see her empty out the dryers too making sure they are clean they provide clean towels too so you can clean the table where you are going to fold but she always keeps the tables clean too it's cheaper than the washers at my apt here at my apt is $2 for the dryer and $2.75 per load so this spot saves me saves me some money read more

Business hours changed because of COVID, which I understand, BUT ITS NOT STATES ANYWHERE that their hours changed My boyfriend and I unloaded all our clothes/blankets , loaded up all our washer machines, and right before we put any quarters in, a Hispanic women told us we can't wash I thought it was a joke. Nice and Clean!!! Just wish they had a restroom for customers. Luckily I don't live to far but I had to drive my toddler home to go potty.

The place is very clean. Denise, the owner, keeps the washers dry, the area uncluttered. Adequate parking area.

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. This place is a joke. My husband is a gym manager and has been coming here for some time now since they have to wash rags employees use on their daily tasks. Today, as usual, he went to go wash the rags as he's on the clock working, when he came back for the rags, the owner took them out of the machine and rudely told him he couldn't leave the rags in the machines unattended and if he wanted to do that, he can go elsewhere. Are you kidding me?! You can't expect people to stand in front of the machine until it's done, especially when they're working. To say the least, we will never come back to this place and take our business elsewhere. read more

The owners help you in and out with your laundry, keep the place immaculate, smile and say, "thank you". It shows that they appreciate your business and are doing everything they can to make doing your laundry fast, easy and pleasant. Been coming to this laundromat because I appreciate them having a staff member around at all times. Whether you need change for your large bill, detergent or a bag, someone can assist you. They have a tendency to clean the machines after use as well. My issue started today when the attendant decided she would take all my clothing out of the wash and put in a laundry cart. Someone wanted to use the machine and I was around the corner with the dryers. I happened to turn around from unloading the dryer to see her taking my things out. I went over to her to let her know it was mine and to hang on. I loaded my things from the dryer to my car then went back to the washer and saw she had still went ahead and dumped all my clothes into the laundry cart. This is highly irritating to me because I was there, I told her hang on and how do I know she cleaned that laundry cart before placing my clean silk and satin laundry in it. Not happy read more

In the five years I been living in the city of Bellflower, I have been to a couple of laundry mats in the area. None of them compares to Maio Laundry Services . This laundry mat is extremely clean and well kept. The owner is constantly cleaning the machines and the floors . You will never see this place dirty . The owner herself is so friendly and literally the main reason why I come here . She is so helpful ! Every time I pull up to the front of the door and walks out and helps me with my baskets and even with my children ! She is so kind that when it's hot, she puts a fan directly toward my children or even gives them a toy to play with so they don't get bored waiting . I really enjoy this place and will totally miss it when I leave out of state. I totally recommend this laundry mat ! read more

Hidden gem ! This is an honest true review, as I'm still in the parking lot waiting on a couple loads, I'm impressed how clean the store is. Machines are not pricey at all, the money dispenser works great and doesn't have me biting my nails , hoping the machine swallows my $20 , like some other places lol and the lady working here was very helpful. Spilled a little detergent outside the store and she was very quick to clean up the mess and throughout my time here , noticed how hard she was working to keep the place clean without the stink eye for making a mess came here only because my local laundromat was going through renovations, but I think I might make this my go to spot ! Let's start off with the last wash is at 6pm and they close at 8pm. This is not the first time this happens but this time things got a little crazy. This time like others I went at 4:30pm. By 5 my clothes was washing. Every time I would check on my clothes I could feel the lady that works there look at me. I ignored her. By 6 my clothes was in the dryers and I was just waiting. At 6:45 I was folding my clothes and people started finishing and started to leave. I had so much to fold. By 7 most people were gone and I was just minding my own business folding all my clothes. The lady that works there literally stood behind me for like 5 mins. Just looking at me fold my stuff. I had my AirPods full volume. I would turn and look at her. I felt uncomfortable and kelp turning. On one of my turns she asked me if I felt uncomfortable that she was behind me. Well duhh who likes to have someone stand behind them. I told her well I don't see why you have to be behind me. That's just weird! She then started getting loud and I put my AirPods back on and tired to finish as soon as possible. I wanted to leave ASAP. Keep in mind that this was around 7:05. She was rushing me bc she wanted to leave even though the times is from 6am to 8pm. The place is clean and I like it. Ive been meaning to do a review on this place for a while. I have been to many laundromats in this area and in other cities. And I must say this is THE BEST one I've ever came across. The people that work here are so nice and they go out of their way to be helpful. There is always someone on site. The floors and machines stays clean. The moment someone takes their clothes out they are wiping them down with a disinfectant. The bathrooms and floors are the same. Denisea (one of the ladies that work here) seen us standing because it was packed and brought us chairs so we can sit (that was so thoughtful). She/they are always smiling and talking to everyone. Very clean. The attendant was really on it at. She was wiping down machines the entire time i was there. More than enough washers, dryers and baskets. Overall it was a really great experience.
