Took my clothes to dry clean for the first time and service was excellent and very friendly!!!

If I could give this place a one start rating I would. Straight to the point, rude people with lousy customer service and even final product was done half-ass. I walked in, as usual, polite and I said hello in Spanish.. they just gave me a dirty look as if (what was I doing there). I still asked for prices on alterations for sleeve, they were my only choice so I left my clothes there. Came back at the time I was told to pick up and day and items were not ready, they were still rude and I had to finish ironing my clothes because I needed it the next day. I just don't like there attitudes but they do a good job, so I continue to go. The guy told me you only have 30 days, I say what's the difference? I think I will be returning to LA for my Cleaning services. Good people and I don't have to rush to get my things. What a piece of shit the owner Jorge is. The place doesn't even deserve one star. I sent a very expensive blouse to be cleaned that had a stitched together tie closure in the front and it came back completely apart with a tear in the seam and the stitching undone. Not to mention they staple a piece of paper with a number on your shirts so you have to rip out the staple and it leaves 2 nice holes in your garment. I called the owner to let him know that they ripped the stitching on the front of my shirt. His response was "What do you want me to do about it?" I said, "You ripped my shirt, can I at least send it back so you can stitch it and fix it?" He said: "I don't remember your shirt. I'm not going to do anything about it" We went back and forth for awhile but it was clear he didn't give a shit and wasn't going to do anything about it. He was rude from the very beginning. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. They have horrible service. They seem to recycle their cleaning products. I took some shirts and when I picked them up some seemed like they weren't cleaned only ironed still smelled like sweat. The owner (man) is kind of weird. He's not friendly and looks upset all the time and acts like he doesn't want to help you. Bad service. Just as good as finding a washing machine somewhere. The worst service I have ever experienced in my community. I wanted to make this my main cleaners since I live nearby. However after bring my clothes for 2 years I just gave up on them. They were breaking the buttons on my shirts and boyfriends work shirts and kept charging me for them. Yes it was cents for the charge of buttons but I felt I shouldn't pay for hay since they ruined it. Also, after dropping off my clothing I paid up front and a few times the lady and her husband charged me when picking up stating I hadn't paid. It was a scam I kept letting go but I gave up . Since that day I've been taking my clothes here and so far no bad experience. My clothes are always cleaned and pressed perfect. Horrible service .... hands down the worst cleaners I have ever used. They usually get laundry from many other cleaners that don't have the machinery needed and their way of making money is quantity over quality. They have a lot of people working extremely fast to the point that there is no quality checks. Ruined 4 of my suits received them back with stains though they were brand new. Also received suits that were wrinkled to the point where to much heat was used and warped the fabric. read more

This location does not really clean your clothing. On multiple occasions they've returned to us garments with the same stains we took them there to be cleaned of! Granted, if you take the clothing back and mention it, they do clean whatever they missed free of charge. They should not be returning dirty garments in the first place, however. Also, more than usual amounts of discoloring at this location compared to others. read more
